“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

“Applied for a new credit card with Karina in branch and enjoyed working with her.
I came into Chase Bank on 6/1/2024 and was surprised by the long line upon opening at 9:00 AM. Karina informed me that the first week of the month is busy due to rent/mortgage payments and social security checks. Luckily for me, the credit card application line had no wait and Karina assisted me with applying for a new credit card.
Karina is friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She gave me a rundown of all of the benefits of the credit card I was applying for and I was approved within minutes. I asked if I could get my credit card sooner and she was able to expedite the card and waive the fees. By the time my credit card application process completed, around 9:30 AM, the cashier line mellowed out.
I loved speaking with Karina and would recommend her if you're applying for a new credit card with Chase.”
“This location was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I came in at a busy time, yet Sandra Pena and Adam Kuo were so attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. They are so friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The service provided was truly outstanding and I give my highest recommendation. I will be referring my friends and family to Sandra and Adam. “Unfortunately, too many people have not had a great experience at this branch. I can say for myself I’ve had ups and downs as well. People come and go. Just when you get to know someone, he (she/they/it) has moved on. The banker I have worked with is good. It’s the customers themselves that makes the bankers upset sometimes. Not the bankers fault.”

I have gone to numerous Citibank locations, and I have never written a review for all the other Citibank locations that I have gone to. It did not make sense for me to write a review for a bank that gave an average amount of customer service. Jenn He was over the top helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars on Yelp, I definitely would. She took care of numerous things for us. She was constantly multi-tasking with us. She even gave us information regarding a new credit card that Citibank currently has a promotion for. “Though this is not my neighborhood branch, my experience with this Cathay Bank has been positive. My previous bank had transferred my account to Cathay, and during the initial phase, I was worried that getting adjusted to a new bank would be challenging or filled with unintentional mishaps. However, when I entered the branch, getting account information and setting up my ATM card were very simple.I had some additional banking questions that were answered promptly, and I did not have a long line to cope with while I waited. Overall, I thought the service was professional, efficient, and helpful in meeting my banking needs!”

“I do not bank with WF, yet I come here on a monthly basis to cash WF checks. All of the staff is super-welcoming and helpful. Apparently you need two forms of ID to cash a check if you are not a WF customer. So I show my two forms of ID and after an account verification of available funds and a signature and thumbprint, I am given my cash. Tellers and greeting bank employees have always been friendly to me. During the week, the line to see a teller is not bad and I always find parking in their adjacent lot. I just try to stay away from the spaces closest to the ATM Drive Thru line.”

On the contrary, sometimes customers become irritated when they wait for a long time.It is also recommended that if the bank has questions about the address of your rental contract, you may try to find another branch.”
