Would give NO stars if I could! Don't trust these crooks! I went in to upgrade my phone, & in a vulnerable state, I was a victim of a female con artist. Nataly is her name! She told me there was a ONE time payment for an accessory deal. NEVER mentioned it was to finance a plan to pay FULL PRICE on the devices. She just said it was a 1 time payment at a set price. I NEVER agreed to a contract, or signed on an iPad of theirs or any device to agree to such. I was just told to slide my debit card when ready. I kept asking the sales woman if she was sure it was a one time payment, as the deal seemed too good to be true, but she assured me it was only a 1 time payment. None the less, this snake of a "sales" person, took advantage of me at a vulnerable time, & now I'm paying $39.99 a month, to pay off over $500 wort of items. When she had initially said I'd only pay $150 for all 3. These con artists at the Monterey Park AT&T need to be stopped, & punished! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as my legal team. Do not give this store your business, they'll rob you blind!

Liar liar pants on fire! RICARDO (Hispanic short hair guy with small beard and tattoos, no name tags also) is the Worst customer service representative, I bought a screen protector from ATT about a month ago. I went in to file a claim for a new one he said they didn't have the one I needed mind it he never asked for my number to look up what I needed Exactly he then proceeded to tell me to call customer service and LIE to them saying I had gone to 3 different stores and they will replace for free. I checked the store and bam they had it in stock he claimed it was a NEWER item but it had the same case and sku. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AND I DONT RECOMMEND IT EITHER. I am on the first net service for law enforcement. Update called customer service they stated they don't do warranty claims over the phone through ATT and the store should have honored. I went to another store right after and they did the warranty claim for me right then and there total was $11.03. The end.

Angela from your sales team is incompetente, if they are not fully trained/knowledgeable and don’t know the products they are selling, they should have someone with them till they are fully trained. She sold me wireless internet but sent me a technician to install regular internet at my apartment when I specifically told her multiple times that I didn’t want that.

Not sure what happened to this store. I've lived in the area for almost 8 years and as of recent they are all incompetent and don't want to service the client. Be careful ATT spectrum is right next door begging for business.

watch out for the manager with the patchy beard, didn’t get his name sadly but he didn’t want to help me because he wasn’t going to make any money off me. smh, told me he didn’t have the phone that I wanted & not to try and go to a different store because no one would want to switch my phone without making any commission … so I went to a corporate store and they told me that there were in fact 3 in stock at his store and 7 in stock in his neighboring store! what a joke.I wanted to get a new phone since mine was overheating and the battery was draining horribly, something that was totally out of my control.never going here again and definitely making a complaint.

You must ask for the store manage edwin. Went in with my zfold3 and wanted to trade in for s23+. He helped me from beginning til the end of the transfer even after their store hours. Will definitely refer people to him. Best experience at an atnt store. Thanks

Worst customer service ever the manager of the store was only interested in helping the people there with phone problems mine is a cable problem from last year I thought was taken care of, but, apparently not

Horrible customer service. Felt uncomfortable the whole time. Plus they lock doors on you and you have to wait for them to unlock and open them for you.

I went into ATT on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m got new phones for me and my son. The sales people were very nice.
