I just walked in for a simple bag of chips and these clowns pounces all over me about it in 5 seconds. Treating me like a homeless person or I am about to steal from their crappy overpriced scam of a store. I don't appreciate being interrogated like I've committed a crime. "Can I help you?" With a pissed off voice "what kind of chips are you looking for" that literally walk in and walk out exchange. Lost another customer! Congratulations and Good riddance!

Horrible service and terrible experience. Stooped by the store to pick up my lottery tickets and as i attempted to pay with debit card the gentleman rudely said " no we do not accept debit" Which is fine some locations are not consistent by which you can pay by debit for scratchers and only cash for actually lotto drawings- this location does not accept debit for either, which again is fine. As i asked the gentleman is there an ATM in the store he immediately told me to leave- i then ask why? As i told him i have money, i was simply asking if there was an ATM on site so i can get cash, refused to sale and told me to leave the store. I then pulled out my phone to record as i have never been confronted with such blatantly rude and discriminatory behavior in an business. Normally, i do not take the time to write a review and usually brush off poor customer service as just a learning opportunity for an individual, but this was complete unacceptable as there was no reason to warrant such behavior and certainly not to refuse service and tell me to leave the store. I will be lodging a formal complaint and Civil complaint it may or may not be a waste of time i will let my attorney decide based on what is presented, but the experience alone was very distasteful which is why i am taking the time to address this.

Just came in earlier today to take a look at their whiskey selection. There was a specific whiskey I was looking for and I showed the cashier a picture and he pointed it out to me. I immediately made the purchase and when I went home, I realized the whiskey was not what I wanted. I am very disappointed and feel cheated that the cashier lied and said yes when I asked him if the whiskey was what I was looking for. Buyers beware that you may be lied to!

I bought a 5000 puff vape this morning and by the end of the night it was broken, it was lighting up and just being used by itself and was just burning all the flavour without being used. I had to go outside and break it because of how hot the vape was getting.

This liquor store has been here for many years but now it seems it changed hands because it has a new name and sign out front. I've only been here to buy Lottery tickets. The store is very well stocked with many aisles that are so tight that only one person can go one way. The cashiers are always friendly here and seem to know many of the customers by name.
