At the gas station, that black female employee was very shameless. I gave him 50 cash to refuel, but I didn't finish adding it. I asked her to give me money and told her that you had finished adding it and told me to leave quickly. I won't go anywhere to add it in the future ???

On Friday evening 5/31 around 6pm, I handed the person taking payments $20 for gas. They didn’t say anything as they took my cash. When I went to pump gas, only $10 was read on the machine. I printed the receipt just to be clear. It said $10. Maybe I made a mistake as I looked in my wallet and I was fairly certain I gave the cashier a $20 bill. I went inside and asked “Hi. Did I give you a $20?” She replies with “Yeah.” I showed her the receipt and said that only $10 was pumped. She then yells at me “You didn’t get your change!” I then said “No. I wanted $20 on #5.” She then says “You said $10!” I then reply “Ten and Twenty don’t remotely sound the same.” She then says “Next time, wait for your change or be more clearer!”. I then reply “Don’t be so rude!” And proceed to walk out. I apologize for yelling at anyone for any reason. However this employee I believe should have handled the situation a bit better without angrily trying to justify her mistake she made. Her customer service has always been an issue whenever I frequent this station, however she was a bit rude towards myself for just trying to get gas. From the frequent complaints made about this person, I see nothing has been done to possibly communicate this behavior towards her or management as I see I’m not the only person who has had a rough or verbal encounter with this employee. I like shopping at ARCO for its convenience and I don’t want to stop on one person is working or not. I hope this matter is taken care of and this person can change their attitude towards guests and customers. Thank you.

Female employee working evening on Memorial Day was extremely rude. Not a single word was spoken when I went to pay for gas.
After pumping gas 3 mins later, I moved my car to pump air and asked the attendant to turn on the pump. She asked if I pumped gas at their establishment. She would have known if she took the effort to provide customer service. She then silently grabbed a remote, walked to the door, I waited by the door to see what she was going to do and she rudely just said "GO?! Go pump your air".
I much rather prefer a self service machine at this point than dealing with her attitude.

The price of their oil is relatively cheap, but I don’t know how good the quality is.

Worst customer service. They have also had issues with their machine. They charged my mom's credit card but didn't dispense any gas. My mom called the credit card company and they said it was charged. The attendant at Arco wouldn't help my mom at all. You can see images of her on yelp.

I often refuel here. Recently, there was an engine failure light after refueling. I went to check that it was an oil problem.

Pumped gas and didn’t receive any air for my tires. The black female attendant was so rude. She called me a liar. All types of laws violated here. Tripping hazards. Unlawful advertising of Smog Check services. Fire hazard.

This was a highly unpleasant encounter at the establishment. Despite residing nearby, I am deterred from patronizing it in the future. During my visit, an employee failed to accurately fulfill my request for a specific gas amount, displaying reluctance when questioned about the dispensed quantity. The interaction was exacerbated by an unhelpful attitude and dismissive behavior when the mistake was brought to their attention. Furthermore, the employee's statement regarding the absence of managers seemed misleading. I also would like to add that I called the store after I left to get a manager number and name and she said” there is no manager, you can talk to me, if you don’t want to talk to me fine” and then just hung up on me. This incident reflects poorly on an otherwise potentially commendable business due to the actions of a single staff member. I asked her for a specific amount to be put on my gas, she didn’t put the correct amount. I asked her how much she put. She gave me so much attitude and said “ well you can see it when you pay for it” & the I told her she put the wrong amount( I was still not bothered) but the fact that she said “ well take it off and that it” did not expect compensation or even blamed her I just wanted to verify the amount. Encountering such behavior while simply trying to complete a basic task like refueling is undoubtedly frustrating and unnecessary.

There is a cashier by the name of Lynn that works at this ARCO gas station, and she is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met. I am not sure how she works in the customer service field. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. I have experienced multiple incidents with her since I am a regular lottery scratcher player and pump gas when needed. I requested her name from one of the other employees (Dennis) whom I enjoy having a quick conversation with while visiting the station and playing my scratchers. I also have no complaints about the other employees that work there or the friendly mechanics, since they are very kind and know how to provide great customer service. Therefore, I try to avoid going to the gas station when she is present during her shift. It is sad that I can't go at any time to the gas station, but I feel its best to avoid her attitude and horrible customer service or else I will possibly lose it one day, since I am a Combat Military Veteran and suffer from PTSD, which I have recovered very well with continuous therapy or medication. Let me explain these last two incidents that happened about a week ago: On 11/20 at 1530 I decided to quickly go in to buy a scratcher, since I knew it was the other cashier working there (Edwin). So, I rush in and long behold she (Lynn) is arriving to the station. I walked in at the same time she did and once I was about to ask Edwin for a scratcher, she told me (rudely) I am going to have to wait until she's ready and told Edwin to not sell me a ticket. She decided to close the sliding window in my face and then asked who the next person in line wants. So, after she closed the sliding window on my face, I asked her why she is being rude to me. She then replied, "Because I want to and if you don't like it, you can leave or go to the 76 gas station across the street". I honestly was appalled at how she treated me in front of other customers behind me. They were also shocked and one of them even said, "Oh, she is like that and was rude to me last week as well and even threw my money at me". I decided to leave and come back the next morning to request a phone number to the Store Manager, because I felt this was more than enough for me to finally speak out about this rude cashier. I was provided a contact number, but I then decided to go online and search for the corporate contact instead or somewhere where I can write to someone about this RUDE CASHIER. My most recent incident happened a couple of days after that on 11/22, when I decided to go purchase a drink for my son who was waiting in the car. I walked in knowing that she (Lynn) was there working, since it was around 7pm. So, I walk in and greeted her, but of course no response back from her. I grabbed the drink for my son and was ready to pay. As I am waiting for her at the window, I noticed that she was busy watching a movie or show on her phone. I waited for approximately 1 minute and she did not acknowledge my presence. I asked her to charge me and she completely disregarded me. I then decided to leave the drink and walked away back to my car without the drink for my son. I was so mad at that point and kept my cool, which is why I decided to go next door to the Gold Star Mart to buy my son his drink. I know my complaint is lengthy, but I honestly had to voice out my horrible experiences with this lady. She is too much and should not be working in the customer service field. Therefore, I don't recommend ANYONE coming there while she is on shift. She provides the WORST customer service.

Female cashier was extremely rude and gave very nasty stank faces to the customers. Absolutely unacceptable.
