I just got my eye glasses done at here and I am not going here ever again for their service. I got my eye exam done here and optometrist specifically told me if I add progressive on my glasses it would make my eye sights little blurry so I told them to not to included. After I got my glasses I wore them and I had blur vision seeing things that is close to me. Today I went to this location to get the adjustment done, I explained to them I'm seeing blur vision for close sight and they tell me that is because I don't have the progressive on my glasses! Wth? I didn't include it because optometrist told me I would have blur vision if I included! I'm not going back!

In love with this place and their staff??Every single person here it's so professional and polite. I want to say thank you to "Marissa" for helping me with the training on first time using contact lenses, she was very patient, so professional and efficient with the rest of the process. And thank you as well to the Optometrist "Trevor Dao" what a sweet and patient doctor ? Highly recommend it

Especially in monterey park service are superb. The manager Jose is excellent. I came here to fix my nose pad he took his time to help me.

To echo other reviews, the service in this place is pretty terrible! The employees lack the common sense to practice courtesies of basic customer service skills. For half the price, you can go across the parking lot to Costco and get subpar service and at least leave with a little dignity. *The long version*Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to pick out glasses for my husband. The place was nearly empty (1 other customer in the vicinity) and there were about 3 employees just hanging out at their desks. We were greeted nonchalantly by the concierge and after telling her we were there to look at frames, she absentmindedly directed us to the back wall for male frames, no sign of a warm welcome. We glanced at a few options, tried on a few pairs and moved on to the frames that were locked so we peeked around for assistance and voiced our need for help. The store was dead silent with the exception of our discussion and our attempt to peak the attention of an employee without interrupting them. Our 20 month old had a short nap and wasn't in the greatest mood so we were pretty noticeably anxious about our visit. About five minutes of trying on more unlocked frames, I went over and approached an employee with a blue vest and asked to get assistance in unlocking a couple of pairs. She came over, unlocked the frames, and walked away. Husband decided he wanted to try on a couple of other pairs he found and once again we looked around for help or simple acknowledgment... Toddler still screaming and squirming, me haphazardly looking for help and trying to keep my boy in my arms, husband anguished about the task of reluctantly having to wear glasses and desperately seeking direction... yet the employees ignored us. We had been in store about 15 minutes by this point and literally none of the three employees bothered to even look in our direction. I once again walked over and asked the same employee if she could please unlock a couple more pairs and if it was possible to talk to someone about the process of BUYING two frames. She was on her Apple Watch texting when I approached her so she casually asked a male employee to assist us. He walked over, unlocked the case, and told us to inform him when we were done. We asked about a pair in a different color and he said, no, what we have out is all we have and walked away. That was it! Husband discouragingly tried the less attractive frames and I was already googling the frames he liked online. I found the same frames about $100 cheaper and decided the visit was over and walked out of the store visibly annoyed at the staff. My husband, being the nice guy he is, thanked them and said we'd be back when the baby was in a better mood. I won't be back! It's not that hard to at least acknowledge folks that are in your business (I do that EVERY DAY for a living) for 15 minutes visually overwhelmed by the process , asking for help, feeling dismissed and blatantly ignored when trying to approach staff members. We drove across the way to Costco and got two pairs for what we would've paid for one at this place and the employees were at least attentive.

Great and fast service. The staff were all very professional and nice here. I misplaced my spare glasses and figured it was time for me to get an eye exam and replacement since it's been 3-4 years since my last eye exam. They were able to squeeze me in for same day appointment with their easy to sign up online schedule and application. Luckily they accepted my insurance ( after being rejected from Walmart and Costco). I do recommend this place for anyone trying to get their eye exam or glasses/contact as they accept most insurances unlike some other places.

I think price is moderate, but then again it depends on the add ons you pick for your glasses. At the time of this review, they had a promotion on single vision glasses starting at $79. I picked a pair with progressive prescription, blue light and transitions and paid a little bit under 500.The service it's 50-50, the receptionist wasn't very friendly but the optician that helped us with our purchase was super patient, very friendly and just complete opposite of the first lady. I really enjoyed the experience we had with Elizabeth, thanks again for a great service!

Happy with their customer service, let me pick my glasses first I was in a little bit of a hurry took an hour and a half for the whole process. I wasn't rushed even though I was in a hurry. They took their time and the doctor explained everything about my eyes even asked for advice for my baby that was very helpful!!

I made an appointment online for contact lenses exam, I had worn contacts in the past so I knew exactly what to expect. I got there 5 mins before my appointments and they took care of me right on time. For $20 more they upgraded my exam to include peripheral vision testing and retina exam; I have enlarged eye nerves which they caught on my retina test; possible predisposition to Glaucoma. Since I decided to purchase contact lenses with them they applied discounts and I ended up paying $146 for 6 month supply of contact lenses. I will definitely come back to this location, staff was professional, and they honor your appointment time.
