Horrible. They emailed me the night before my trip that my car was going to be in a different location... a 15 minute drive from my campus. As a student without a car, I had to uber there. Imagine my surprise when I get there and the car isn't even there. Waste of time and money.

This company thieves money off you by charging me 3 times for a car that was not even available when I arrived to collect it, and when you complain or challenge them they cancel your account, after years of being a loyal customer that's how they treated me. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the drama and stress

Horrible neither of the cars worked one turned on and had flashing engine and battery lights the other wouldn't let me in now I have to wait for a refund
