Purchased 2 pillows from this store for $250 each and found out they are being sold at Pottery Barn for $79!! I asked for store credit since this was not a special unique item they claim to sell but was denied. Their website defines their store as "a distinctive mix of merchandise, hand selected on their buying trips throughout the world, that reflects a renowned sense of understated elegance and an exceptional eye for detail".... except for these unique Pottery Barn pillows marked up over 300%. I am a resident of this town and won't be giving this store my business any more as a result. The quality of their items has fallen tremendously.

Like... it's William Laman Furniture Garden Antiques. I don't really get the super negative reviews. It feels like when people go to Taco Bell and make a ranting yelp review because it wasn't a Michelin Star restaurant. You're buying affordable furniture. You already know what William Laman Furniture Garden Antiquesis. If you expect it to be a boutique high end custom furniture store, you deserve a one star review, not William Laman Furniture Garden Antiques.

As a designer, I'm always looking for great "go-to" resources for beautiful and unusual, furnishings and accessories. William's shop is perfectly edited and curated. The inventory is always fresh.There is a great mix of antique and new merchandise to choose from. His staff are extremely helpful and polite. If you're shopping in Montecito-don't miss this delightful shop! You'll surely leave with a treasured find!

William Laman’s Is my favorite Shop for interior decoration and garden inspiration. Everything you will need for your home (bath accessories, lighting, furniture, antiques, art, garden planters, etc. and all price points. This Shop is very unique and eclectic.

Edward was delightful, he gave me enough attention to inform me on the items that enticed me yet plenty of room to roam. This store's collection is worth a visit, their items are unique yet neutral to fit multiple spaces in your home. This is also a fantastic place to consider for gifts.

Don't expect anyone to be friendly that's for sure. And although they have a few antique pieces, a lot of what they have is just modern day niceties. Yes they do have some lovely items but as a resident of this town for over 30 years, I don't give my business to people who are impertinent
