Zero stars is the correct score. Made appointment online and they were closed. Remade appointment for Covid Moderna waited 15 minutes in line when they told me they did not have the Covid vaccine. Trust these folks at your peril. Pavillion Pharmacy is not trustworthy!

I transferred from 93108 CVS and after one week I am going back. One lady rude and slow. The computer process to order is bad. Long wait times. Order mistakes and billing. Over charged. I think under staffed.

Vons Pharmacy in Montecito refused to honor GoodRX.com listed lower price, after I'd switched two prescriptions there. They actually charged $30 more than CVS pharmacy I previously used. Also clerk told me she couldn't run my savings card (goodrx, etc, for non generic drugs, which is a lie). She just didn't want to be bothered. Also the Von's pharmacy app advertises $75. off of groceries for switching prescriptions and that was also a "bait and switch" I was unable to claim. Very angry at being deceived this way.Medications are too expensive, especially for seniors

I usually never post reviews, but I genuinely have never had a positive experience here. Prescriptions are commonly never ready on time, which I can deal with but what I can’t deal with is the rude and aloof attitude of the people working behind the counter. Twice now I’ve been told that I don’t have refills for important medications that my doctor HAS indeed refilled. I have a medication that I have to take or else I have extremely damaging symptoms/withdrawals, instead of calling me and leaving a voicemail when they couldn’t get the doctor’s refill approval they waited to tell me until I came in needing the medication in order to live my daily life.

If I could do zero star for one of the pharmacy staff, I would. She is Asian with strong accent. We made an appointment for COVID shot. She was annoyed when I asked her about the free covid home test kit and ROLLED her eyes in front me. She then told me that it was not covered by insurance which shocked me. I went another Vons to verify if that's true, I was told it IS covered by insurance and I was given the covid home test kits. I plan to go back and ask her why!

Best pharmacy in the area for sure. The pharmacist (Chris? Guessing it's him based on the name in other reviews) is amazing, super helpful. Sometimes there's a long-ish wait or you have to talk to multiple people to get the answer to your question, but everyone is very polite and helpful.

Very poor service from an Asian lady Pharmacist. She was rude and impatient. This is one of the most disorganized Pharmacies I have ever experienced. Chris the other Pharmacist acted aloof and argumentative with other customers. The whole vibe was very low in this location. Perhaps some interpersonal training can be implemented here as it is overall poor and I will not be back to tolerate further rudeness as a paying customer. This is not my fist visit here and the attitude has become the standard.

This place has been great for flu shots and Covid vaccines, etc. I've just been making appointments online and it's been super quick and easy overall.

Got some vaccines here. They were quick and knew what they were doing. Small place, separate from main store that is across the parking lot. Kind of nice though since it's just the pharmacy and not too crowded.

I really like the Vons pharmacy in Montecito. I know of two pharmacist that work there and both of them have been really really helpful. Tiffany is one of the pharmacist and she's just so pleasant and the other one is a guy and I don't remember his name but they both go out of their way to get you the best deal on your prescription, and explain briefly how to use them if you want an explanation. Who gives you help like that anymore. I would really recommend this pharmacy for excellent service and really genuinely kind people that are doing their job. Such a concept.
