My fiancée and I visited Zales to upgrade her engagement ring. Julia and Andrew assisted us throughout the process, displaying exceptional helpfulness and respect. I appreciated their approach, as they didn't pressure us into making a quick decision and allowed us the privacy to choose the perfect ring. It was truly the best customer service experience we've ever had!
