First time coming to Albertsons and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I always like to sample a slice of whatever I'm buying to decide how much I want to buy. I always buy what I sampled no matter what since it's embarrassing to try a slice and not buy anything. I would usually just order less if I don't like it. Fair enough in my opinion! The clerk working the deli counter informed me they don't do samples. It's shame because I really liked what I bought, but I bought less than a pound because I didn't want to be stuck with a deli meat that I didn't like. Not to nitpick, I said 1/2 pound and he gave me .675 which is a lot closer to 3/4 than 1/2. Another thing I don't like about Albertsons are the deals. Why would I want to buy 4 bags of chips or pasta? It's excessive! They should have BOGO deals or some other kind of deal where you don't need to buy a large quantity to save money. If I want to buy in bulk, I'll go to Costco. I miss Publix..

Honestly one of the best places to go grocery shopping if you know how to play the coupon game correctly. This is pretty much my go to place for the chips (when they are on sale) which comes out to be about $1.97-$2.50 per bag if you get 3 or more bags. They have weekly Friday deals and just normal sales as well. This is also my go to place for fried chicken when they have a sale on Fridays which are $5 for 8 pieces - great meal for 2 people when you have nothing else to eat at home and you want to save money. Workers are nice especially when I personally had no idea how to find the coupons I clipped on the app. The store itself is pretty clean and organized with all products being they should be. I can't say much about the produce there as I only get chips and frozen food (primarily frozen fries and the occasional frozen shrimp when its on sale). Overall, Albertsons is awesome!

Waiting at least 20 minutes to get a money order. A clerk never got around to assisting me. So busy the manager clerking on Ile 6. But he did acknowledge me saying Ill get to you when I can ? Almost there. I am a manager of sorts. Just me but I would've gotten some one to assist. Or if I'm the only one close the line and assist myself. No kept adding more customers to clerk for. Even though I was there first. I think the need a bell for assistance. But I can only state my experience. What do you think should've happened. The store did look clean though. I think the store could use some sense of urgency.

I visited this store on Sep 6 just ran in to get a cake. No one was working bakery there was a line. This ignorant worker named Sergio came out and was like "I'm on lunch" tosses the cake on the counter moves on to next customer. He puts no sticker of price on cake. Everyone wanted writing on the cake but all he kept saying was "I'm on lunch" so I told him go take ur lunch we will find someone else. He's then says again "I'm on lunch, I can't help you what do you need" again I said then go take your lunch. The deli called the manager yoli. She came and she says "we are short of workers from 6-630pm when Sergio goes to lunch" we told her what happened she apologized gave us a discount. As paying for the cake she confronts Sergio near us and he starts arguing with us and the manager she continues to apologize to us for his behavior. As he's still talking a bunch or crap while yoli is telling him to leave and he wouldn't stop. Horrible guy. The deli also called Elmer who ever he was and he just walked away and didn't want to help. Beside yoli and the lady at the deli. Customer service sucked!

I come here on a weekly basis. The store is always clean and organized. Fruits and vegetables usually look new and fresh. The things are pricier than other grocery stores that I go to, but I always check the app (free products on the weekend) or weekly ad for sales and good deals. There's also a speedy self-checkout section so you don't have to wait in line too long if you're not buying too many things.

We went to get our New Mexico Hatch chili, Roasted. We had never visited this Albertsons,they were Top Notch Organized,we were in@out 30 minutes,our usual is 3-4 hours at other markets.Everyone very friendly and helpful,Omg they had the best New Mexico burritos,beans bacon egg chili Bomb.they had someone there with kettle corn and coconut water. Differently coming back.

I always use Drive Up and Go at the store in Alhambra and never have issues. I love the convenience and service. However, this location in Montebello has the worst service when it comes to online ordering. I had twelve items missing from my order and was charged for them anyway. The groceries were for my elderly parents, and because I never have issues with Albertsons didn't bother to check until days later when mom asked if I had ordered certain items. What sucks is that because they were sale items, if I re-order online I'll have to pay full price. It's not the first time it happens here. Will be shopping in Alhambra only from now on. I will say though, their online customer service is good and is what keeps me as a customer.

My kids LOVE their "shaved beef" lol It's pre-packed, sealed and makes the best Philly cheese steak sandwich type of meat, but I make teriyaki beef bowls with it and my entire family loves it, eats it and asks for seconds.

I've been coming to this Albertsons for 25 plus years and every single time I come, they send store security to follow me and it is so obvious every single time. They have all my info on file, it's on the club card. I even have groceries delivered to my house a bunch of times so really, they have all my info. It's straight up discrimination

Would have given them five stars but I hate their app. Too difficult to use at checkout. Why not just put items on sale instead of the hassle of putting products in a cart and fumbling with that at checkout? I do like that the store is always very clean and organized and the parking is always accessible. May start shopping at Smart and Final as I don't need to fumble with an app there. Again, would have given them a five star review but........ By the way, I contacted Albertsons through the app but after pushing submit, I received a message that the box was full and my message wasn't received, thus decided to post a review here.

Grocery store was fine and had enough instick but the person who worked at the self checkout (Guy with Long Hair) was a douche. Said "I picked the wrong carrots. Sorry" In an annoyed voice, you sure did........" :: dude rolls eyes:"

Have been coming here for a while, very convenient they open really early in the morning and close kind of late. I have done drive up pick up and gotten all items I needed. There has been many changes lately at this store. Theres many friendly faces and very helpful people here. The deli has many choices from hot food to cold cuts, cheeses and much more. They constantly have amazing looking cakes. I like that they have Friday deals, coupons/ discounts through their app and even free items on Saturdays. You are able to get quite a large amount of cash back without a charge. The flower shop also provides wide variety of flowers and if you can't find what you are looking for the florist will try yo create something for you. They have beautiful balloons all the time, expensive but beautiful.

this is for the curb side pick up. the customer service was not what I expected. I got to the parking lot and parked in the designated spots for pick up. the App said "currently unavailable" which happens often. so I just called the number thats listed on for the number to call when you are ready for pick up. The girl that answered seemed annoyed that I was there to pick up and she answered and said "sigh, ill be right out". She came out and asked for the pin. I said I didn't get a pin because I called. I didn't explain to her that the app wasn't working because she didn't even give me a chance. Instead she scolded me specifically saying "going forward you need the pin because we get in trouble if we don't have it". I apologized and told her "thank you for bringing my stuff I appreciate it, I'm sorry I don't have the pin. " she said "yea ok". and walked away. not one thank you, not one thank you for your business. I mean, Im the customer. Im sorry I inconvenienced you and didn't have the pin, and made you come out. If its such a bother to the workers to go out of their way to bring out groceries why even have curbside pick up. I didn't get the girls name but she had really short hair cut. Im sorry I bothered you and inconvenienced you, If you don't like your job or helping customers, find another job. if you were having a bad day, don't take it out on the customers. You attitude was really the type of "get out of my face" attitude.

I shop at this store all the time and are very pleased with the staff that work there. I purchase a lot from the deli and always enjoy when Eric helps me. He is always so friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately I recently had the worse experience shopping at this place. The black lady working at the "Delicatessen" area really needs to treat customers much nicer. Not only did I notice it but even my wife mentioned it afterward at how rude this lady treated me today. I definitely felt insulted and agitated after dealing with her. I've heard the quote "beggars can't be choosers" but I'm paying for my food so I'd expect to have the right to choose the pieces of chicken as I please. This lady just made it so difficult and uncomfortable to pick my own pieces of chicken with her irritated responses to my kind requests. I'm sure if she were in my shoes and I treated her the way she treated me she would have definitely called management because it was terrible. I don't what she might be going through or she's just prejudiced to my Hispanic race but it definitely ruined my experience and I an very surprised I did not make a big deal out of it because I left feeling like I should have spoken up about it.
