If I could give 0 stars I would. If you don't have an appointment good luck. There's no one to greet you when you walk in or point you in the right direction. Was waiting for 30 minutes before I was approached by an employee only to tell me I could do what I needed online. If everything is online then why have offices and workers?? So disappointed with this location today.

The worst bank ever. 4 women working with 1 teller and 10 customers. The women are brain dead. They were all gathered around a computer with absolutely no consideration foe the line. Never go to this bank. This place should be shutdown. Women fired.

This bank is feeble in the extreme. The staff is terrible. The worst bank I've ever visited. I would never recommend going here unless you like waiting over an hour while 1 employee out of the 4 help you. They need to shut this place down or get more staff. Line of 15 people and 1 teller. Ridiculous.

Horrible I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes in line just to see the teller. Bank opens at 9am and they send the second teller to lunch.

This location is never open. When they are open, they are rude, demeaning, pushy, inattentive, and hurried. Close the establishment and appoint new personal. Unfortunately my parents do bank there. It constantly happens in the same manner. I handle their payments, deposits, or withdrawals. You can see from the comments that this does NOT just to myself. Please refrained from using the ATM outside, it miscounts. It constantly states less amount than you originally had placed in the ATM. When you go to retrieve the cash back it gives you less than what you originally had deposited into the machine and less than what the machine had stated was being deposited. When you call customer service they don't resolve any issues and don't fund you the money the machine took, even though the machine count is higher than expected.

bad bad experience always this location 25 people in only one person helping on window i was wait here more then 2 hours i m 100% close all my 3 accounts i m deal with this bad experience my business account and personal also tell all my family too

I just tried taking $1000.00 from this ATM...they took the money from my bank account but the ATM didn't give me the money or a receipt!! I called Wells Fargo and they told that they I would have file a claim and that it would take up to 10 businesses days?!!!!!!; I pass through this bank daily and I have seen the yellow screen on the machines and always wondered what it meant...now I know...AVOID THIS "BANK"

Monday, August 1st, 2022, 2:35pm. Bank is closed with no explanation. No signage or Google updates implying closure. Disappointing. There was somebody in the building, but they didn't bother coming out and explaining why they're closed.

Three long hours on the phone, being switched around from one banker to another, trying to resolve a problem and not a thing was done!! Very disappointed at Wells Fargo! I'm sick! Honestly! Having to talk to so many people repeating the same story, identifying, etc. Do people care? SAD!

I went in to open a new bank account and they told me they had no bankers available to assist anyone and that I would have to wait 2 weeks to meet with one. Meanwhile, there were a bunch of employees just sitting around talking to each other. I'll just open a new business account with Chase, who always have bankers available to assist me anytime I walk in.

Last time I come to this Wells Fargo, they had me waiting outside in the rain for about 10 mins just so they couldn't make my transaction. I've been coming here for last the 5 years to get change for my business without any issues. I always go to Wells Fargos to get change without any problems.

I went in to close my accounts to move to Chase. I explained I was fed up with W.F. Final straw was WF shutting down all P.O.L.'s with no transparency. Mgr played oblivious. Staff isn't even aware of Corporate policy changes. GET OUT NOW.
