Pharmacy is a joke. Your doctor sends the script and Walgreens never processes it. When you call them to ask what the delay is for they blame the insurance, but insurance never received a request for process from Walgreen's. Constant back and forth. EpiPens always out of stock and they won't fill the script unless you call them back every day to find out if it's back in stock. Insane.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any Walgreens. Every single photo order I've placed has been delayed beyond the indicated time, often by an entire day. Waiting for my order can take up to an hour, which is completely unacceptable. My most recent experience with a photobook order was particularly frustrating. The book was bound on the top edge like a calendar, which is not what I wanted. When I explained to the employee that I expected it to be bound like a book, he insisted that I hadn't specified this in my order. This response is infuriating because there is no option to select or make a note about binding preferences. It's a photobook—why would I expect it to be bound any other way?
Furthermore, the lack of communication and poor customer service is appalling. Most of the time when I try to call to check on my order, the line is disconnected, even during regular business hours, such as 9 am on a Saturday. If my call is answered, I spend 15-30 minutes being placed on multiple holds. Then, my orders are also frequently told that they cannot be fulfilled because their machines are broken or they are out of stock. They tell me that I should have been called before to let me know that, but obviously, I never got the call, which is why I have to call to check. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a profound lack of respect for customers' time and expectations. Walgreens needs to address these issues immediately to avoid further dissatisfaction and frustration among its customers.
Additionally, the only two positive reviews in the past month reek of fake reviews likely posted by an employee or manager trying to combat the countless negative reviews on here. This is a dishonest practice that further erodes trust in this location. Instead of addressing the underlying issues, it seems they are trying to manipulate their ratings, which is both unprofessional and unethical.

The workers here are nice, I got the things I needed, and I gotten good service from them. I don’t know where these reviews came from they are probably lying to make this place close down?

This is a great store the workers are nice and honest people. Don't believe the other reviews they were hired by the government in order to manipulate the truth and discourage you from shopping at the best Walgreens in Montebello ? ???. SHOUT OUT TO MATT GATLIN FOR PROVIDING THE PICTURES HE LIVES ON VIA CAMPO. And theres a really cool mechanic dog there every sunday.

Place is a poorly-kept dump in a creepy neighborhood, tried working there and bailed after two hours. Told me I was getting a full time shift lead position, gave me a part time position with no schedule at all. Wouldn’t even pay me the way I requested and insisted on me coming back so they could give it to me in cash. Will never even go near this hideous place again in my life.

Where I lived, we didn't have a Walgreens people had mentioned it. I saw here locally and I've been there almost 2 or three times a week. Just picking up a little odds and end things I need it's convenient is nice. It's like a mixup between a market, hardware store, and drugstore I guess more like your local drugstore enroll school dart store, yes very good people very nice.

Photo girl gave us the worst service .. she gave us a hard time . I heard her telling a co worker she already had to go and he said at lease you are doing overtime . Then told her both cameras were not working so she couldn't help us anymore . Never again will I go to this Walgreens

1 star because I can’t give them 0 It was my favorite place where I bought my things, but since yesterday it is the worstAround 3:30 to 4 yesterday, my daughter and her friend wanted to go in to buy water to continue on their way home, and a worker there didn't let them in, she told them to wait outside.They waited a long time outside and never they let in.Many customers who observed this said that what the worker did is not correct.As a mother I feel super angry and disappointed in that place, and many parents who observed that yesterday feel the same way.I don't know why that place is close to the schools if they don't let the kids in.???????????????????

This is for our experience at Walgreen's Montebello's pharmacy drive-through.On our way out of town swung by our local Walgreen's to pick up a prescription, but didn't know about their 10-day you-snooze-you-lose policy, so it had been re-shelved and we were told we'd have to wait another 30-60 minutes for them to process it again. Because we had to get on the road the pharmacist recommended we call the Walgreen's where we were headed.Yay, Walgreen's Montebello! They had it all ready when we arrived and without a hitch. Easy is good. Thank you!

Manager Onah is so incompetent. Had a reward for purchasing any item and she claimed not for sale item. I asked d her to show me the fine print and she couldn't show anything. Get some customer service training Onah.

Staff is rude! Never want to help and purposely dont print your receipts for curbside pick up! Like do you own the store? Managers included are horrible and refuse to help! Do better @walgreens
