Gloria @State Farms is amazing. Not only was did she handle my insurance needs with a quickness, she was thorough in explaining my choices and the different cost. All of which I appreciate, a lot! But the best was that she was kind, funny & had a sense of humor. That to me, is important when holding a conversation with someone for more than a couple minutes. My State Farms agent(s) is the best. Gloria is all good in my book. Great service & great personality!

I've been with Vanessa's office since she first opened. She has always been amazing to me and has an amazing staff to boot. I most recently went in and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gloria, one of her friendly staff members there, whom went above and beyond in helping me out. They made time for me on a one on one basis and I felt honored and knew I was in good hands. Friendly, kind, professional, and patient are four words I would use to describe Vanessa Garcia's office.

Vanessa Gloria and Monica are the best!! They’re very helpful and do their best to work with customers to give the budget friendly quotes. They care if you’ve been in an accident or have car troubles and can refer you to the best body shops hassle free. You can also make payment installments. Thanks ladies for all you do.

This is the most amazing insurance company I have the pleasure of doing business with. Yes there are a lot of great insurance companies and a few of them are state farm as well but I do have to say this one specifically goes above and beyond just a short story I have a 10-year-old severely autistic son, and when I receive the insurance, I had to run down to Aaa to verify for the DMVnot only was the lady behind the counter mean angry, rude condescending. She literally made me cry and told me to sit down like I didn’t matter and I was a three-year-old just because I was not clear on what exactly I needed, after I waited 20 minutes in line for my turn. I then call the State Farm office and let them know the horrrible treatment. they jump. They jumped into action had me home to my son before my son even realized I was gone which avoided a huge meltdown on his part anybody who has an aunt distich child will understand this statement five minutes to the normal person is five minutes five minutes to a parent who has a severely autistic. Child can mean the difference between injury, and a a major meltdown. Thank you again for all your hard work. as far as AAA in Montebello making a woman cry. What’s bully I did go back a stand at the end of the line3 times I didn’t mean to look stupid I just didn’t understand Thank you for helping me get out of there fast State Farm

Called in a few days ago requesting a quote for auto insurance and I am very pleased to say I received the help and guidance I was looking for from their friendly staff. Gloria is whom I had the pleasure of speaking with she was professional and patience with me since I did have lots of questions. She took her time explaining everything to me in detail. Highly recommend Gloria and this State Farm office for anyone looking for an agent and great customer service.
