First of all customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They Told a lady for an ID but when I went up nobody told me for an ID. Secondly customers were irritated already from a lady being mean. choose another post office except for this one.

On Monday I went to this place to make a delivery, when I entered the door was open it was 6 pm. When I got to the reception a woman with an Asian face told me that it was closed rudely, when I got to the front they were helping two people in front of me, and I tell them but the door is open and they tell me we left it like that so that the people inside could come out, I told them could you help me, I'm here, and they start laughing at me and tell me it's not closed I got upset and I told them then close the door because the schedule says they close at 7 and this Jeff, a worker there, started making fun of me and told me to get out of there, at that moment I was very upset. Because I understand that it was supposedly closed but it's not my fault that they don't have good hours at the entrance but the people who work there are horrible, they don't have any manners and much less good service, I don't talk about this occasion every time I have to go The service there is rubbish, I will never go to that post office again, the workers are people who are always annoying when doing their job and are despotic and rude, rubbish people????

Clean, well lit facility, good parking. They do move mails after the 3.30 pm Saturday cutoff so mails arrive 1-2 days faster than having to wait till Monday collection

There was a pobox because the tenant would have my mail with evidence in his hands, I called the police, they recommended that I make another report by mail about what was happening, the mail office did not want to file my complaint, they gave me a number. From the phone number I called I gave my complaint (report) and the person who answered told me that they couldn't do anything or complain about the person who was opening the envelopes for me, that they were not the police, that they had no jurisdiction, I was upset because the number that they gave me is supposedly so that they can investigate when there is lost mail, vandalized or they say they are investigating the crime related to the mail from which Ami my complaint did not work.Then I have problems with my change of address because I am missing a document of which they have already sent copies, thank God I was able to change my address and I still cannot make my change of address because they do not accept my identification to make matters worse I have been doing it for 2 months My pobox cancellation I have gone to the email several times to want to cancel and they tell me. That in the pobox I was going to receive a letter informing me what document I need to make the change of address, I listen to them, I wait for that letter and now that I want to cancel the pobox they tell me that they will not return the $, I will have it in October 2023 until April 2024 today you can cancel it but they did not return part of the $ because 3 months have passed, in November I wanted to cancel it but they told me to wait until the letter they told me to arrive to make the address change today January 18, 2024 $94 dollars lost without being able to get that money, they only gave me the time to lose the $, they just threw the ball at each other and according to the person who opened the pobox for me, he told me that since I opened the pobox, he told me that the $ was not I was coming back, LIE I was the one who asked the guy that if I canceled I would get part of the $ back and he told me yes. Day and day I went back and forth to the post office to be able to resolve this and what they came up with is that since it's been 3 months now they can't return me $ and I've been wanting to cancel since November. What do they want me to think was an oversight or a deliberate plan? Thank you for those who helped me translate, they were very kind and cordial.

Never had a problem with Montebello PO, everything sent and arrived as expected.Way better than Pico Rivera whom sent my tax papers back to my CPA for address unknown. I had been living at the same address and with the same cpa for 20 years without a problem. Another problem was a lost check Pico founded a year later. Twice complained, told they would get back to me and never did.

I was surprised by the organized way when it came to parking. The small hallway that leads to the offices does not attract enough with any current promotion. Customers arrive at the front desk and for some people this seems out of place, a person at the entrance waiting for service, while the agent inside watching who is next. Some of the people who work there do not have that communication skill with the public, they are not there to help you. That place needs a change of blood, new faces with more experience willing to serve the customer and in a good way, that is why I only give it ☆☆ for being there.
