US Bank bought Union Bank. I thought Union bank was bad. Becoming US Bank only made it worse. Your just a number to them. They could care less if you were a client or not. So I'm not. Leaving for a much nicer Bank. Chase!

US Bank consultants in Montebello, ALI and Raven, were fantastic! I came when the bank system went down and many customers understandably were very upset. Ali was calm and figured out how to complete my tasks despite the computer system being down (since he knew it was hard for me to take more time out of work). Raven saw Ali needing ideas and she jumped in to assist. Ali and Raven demonstrated sincere care for their clients. This is the customer service that other businesses need to emulate for them to stay in business. Great job, Ali and Raven!

Poor service from teller and Ricardo the branch manager. This US Bank decides to treat me in the wrong even though it's almost a month since they lost my money. Is US Bank toying with my money now??Is Google now filtering poor reviews for businesses? I wrote a detailed review but that review is not showing up publicly no matter how many times I try. I really hope US Bank corporate will see this review so they will be alerted on how poor their customer service is.

This has to be the most inconvenient branch the atm is never working never has cash especially on weekends came here before 5pm on a Friday the beach is closed it’s not the first time this has happened but it’s the only branch in Montebello besides having to go inside Walmart dam might have to change banks

I've been going there for 7 years, they knew me, I lost my wallet, I had an old ID and explained I needed a new ATM , the teller and management said they COULD NOT GIVE ME A NEW ATM, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A VALID LICENSES.. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO MUCH FOR BEIND A LONG TIME CUSTOMER, IM LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK.. THAT KNOW ME, THEY EVEN KNEW MY MOTHER.. ATM ALWAYS OUT. AFTER GETTING A NEW CARD BY PHONE AFTER REPORTING CLERK AND MANAGER, EVEN THE CALL CENTER WAS SHOCKED, I WAS TREATED THAT WAY... ?

Worst us bank I go to many different us banks this by far is the worst. It starts at the manager and the tellers don't help. They are rude they have personal conversations and make customers wait in line listening to them recapping the weekend on Mondays or discussing weekend plans on Fridays. Also this is not the employees fault but the parking lot is a bit tight if you drive a larger vehicle (suburban). Unless you really need to stop by a branch avoid at all cost.

this atm never works. Ive come several tomes only to find out it is not working. Asked employee at the door and she confirmed. Didnt offer any services, are they open ir closed?
