I have been going to this UPS store and every employee there is so cool and friendly they do their job fast to try to get you in and out. The owner is really cool to if you take time and get to know him he's very nice.

When will UPS realize this is their worst owner owned store they have. I thought my first negative encounter was an anomaly..until I repeatedly got horrible attitude, lack of service and negativity everytime I went in. I stopped going there! Try the other Montebello UPS, you be treated w/ Superior service.

Customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone. Even went in, called them while I was in there. No one was there and they STILL ignored phone call. Management NEEDS to do a better job representing UPS as a WHOLE COMPANY because of this they are getting a bad reputation. Act and do something about it, it's been going on for years. And to the "owner " that replies to these messages- stop saying sorry and do SOMETHING about it. Yes, that girl is horrible and lacks customer skills. Doesn't carry your store and is only getting bad reviews. Taking to corporate level.

In customer service, the first essential skill is patience, for which you are compensated. Today, when seeking notary service as newcomers to America, we encountered a notary who was consistently rude, unhelpful, and did not answer our questions properly. I was assisting my pregnant sister in understanding his language, but he refused to let us speak and maintained a low voice intentionally so that we can't hear him.My sister was asking him to repeat, Despite our patience, he made us wait. Treating new customers with disrespect is not in line with acceptable standards. I would have given a rating of 0 if such an option existed.There's no need to justify, Mr. Chan. It's evident from the beginning of our interaction that you have been impatient and perhaps hungry. I suggest having your meal first before assisting customers.

I can only rate this. Never try to go here again. No proper response you get from the staff. When I was asking if the shipment will be delivered as per the date they mentioned, the lady said it may not reach or take 2 more days extra, etc(more than 5 business days). then why are you charging too much guys for ground delivery? . Same shipment delivered in 2 days with 90% lower price.

I give three stars because the store has been fine until the rude female representative showed up there... I have been coming here once in a while to drop off items. Typical UPS store. Recently, this rude female representative (RFR) was so rude that I can't help but to warn everyone up here about her. She had this "I have better things to do than being here" kind of manner when helping me to scan my items and was very impatient. She even forces me to give her a particular item to scan, which threw my stuff out of order. I then purposely asked someone else in the store questions and made her hanging there. She was mumbling things like my gosh I couldn't believe this and showed how I finally got on her nerve big time and it actually felt good for the first time by treating someone exactly what they deserve lol. Anyway, I went back to my car to get a mail bag as they asked for it somehow. When I got back, she was working on loading up this cart and she pushed it so hard that she was about to hit me. You could tell that she was doing it on purpose. UPS YOU COULD CHECK YOUR CAMERA. Luckily the cart didn't roll onto my foot. Otherwise I would sue them BIG TIME! I waited there and one of her coworkers told her to help me. I told the gentleman that I would rather wait for another person for the next 30 min than putting up with her nasty altitude. For God sake don't come to this store until she is fired...

I usually don't write reviews but this Store made me write one. The lady there was very rude. After waiting for 15 mins she tells me I am in the wrong line. Well, there was only one line to start with. They make a point to make sure it is all our fault. They don't answer any question we asked apart from asking for payment. I am never stepping back in this store. I usually go to UPS stores on weekly basis but never felt this irritated.
