This location is not a fully equipped, UPS store they do not except spectrum, modems. One of the workers said they are not a fully equipped, UPS store.

Very bad experience I had with the MAN who thinks he is and dresses like a woman.
I arrived and was waiting for another client to finish and another man arrived and attended to him first.
I told him to respect the arrival time and he attended to me.
But he didn't like me at all.
I then asked him if he would take me to see a winery that is available on the website and he told me that he didn't have any available anymore.
When on the website you see that they have many available.
I will never return to this place again.

I come here to ship out my returns and often bring multiple packages at a time. A man named Mando always helps me and is very patient, efficient and kind. Their hours are correct and convenient. I believe this location doubles as a Uhaul because sometimes they need to step away to help clients but I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes for service.

Couldn’t even ship out my item because something with their system kept failing on their end. What a waste 20 mins. I can see why this place has low star rating and is empty. Thanks for nothing I guess

Convenient for me but literally never open! Always have makeshift signs posted on the door about different hours than what is listed online and they never answer their phone so you can’t even call before you go. Save your time and go to an actual UPS store on Beverly
