“I don’t ever want to be towed again, but if I have to, I’d rather it be by East LA Towing. I got into a pretty bad car accident a few days ago and needed my car towed to the dealer. I was a little skeptical when my insurance said that they will choose a towing company and send it right over. I decided to trust their professional opinion and was happy that this is one thing I will not have to worry about. Within 15 minutes, the tow truck arrived. I was relieved to see that the guy seemed professional and like he knew what he was doing. He asked me to wait in the truck while he loads my car onto the flat bed. After seeing that the truck had a “AAA East Los Angeles Towing” sticker I decided to do some research while sitting in the clean and air conditioned truck (bonus points!). Their reviews online seemed excellent, and as the minutes went by I realized why. Towing East Los Angeles treat their customers with great care. Little things like leaving the AC for me while I wait really make a difference. I highly recommend them!”
