Hit a pothole and had a flat.. I needed quick repair and googled tire places near by. Anyone out there that can relate.. I have anxiety over this type of stuff and the guy working there had an honest vibe about him. He didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t need. He actually didn’t really talk, just addressed the issue. Prices were absolutely fair and overall it just seemed like a legit tire shop. Fast service and honest employees. Woot

I read excellent reviews and was really hoping for better service from this company. I had a flat / ruined my tire driving on it to this shop. The gentlemen there were kind enough to put on a makeshift used tire ($60, with $40 credit for a new tire once arrived) so that I could carry on with my weekend. After a few days of trying to reach them, I finally got my ‘new’ tire with $40 credit, but as you can see from the photo, it was hardly new.When I asked for an invoice - standard practice to ensure the tire is brand new + to keep track of powertrain warranty - I was told the printer was down. I’ve texted with my email address several times, but am yet to receive an invoice. Pictures attached, see for yourself. Major disappointment.

Should have read reviews before choosing to spend my money here. Got a new set of tires, alignment wasn't done and when I went back to tell Jack the shop Worker that the car was pulling to the right of course I got the run around. Gary is the only one that can do the alignment, said Jack. Called Gary, Gary said to stop by this past Monday, 4/19/2021 however he didn't show up nor did he answer my call. Unfortunate that a business believes it can succeed with such horrible regard for its customers. Perhaps that's the reason why this business seldom has any customers. Let the BBB KNOW OF YOUR EXPERIENCES !! I rather pay for the alignment elsewhere than visit this place again.

Total trash, they mistreated my wheels when I took my hellcat to get aligned after I pointed it out to management and was ignored. The wheel ended up chipping + the mechanic peeled out on the test drive scratching the bottom lip of my bumper. I came back for a refund and they only offered a partial, so I dealt with my bank total bs. I would not take any performance vehicle to this shop they do not pay attention to detail and have horrible customer service.

Stopped by for 2 tires that had a nail and staple on them tire pressure low. One of the gentlemen working there fixed them quickly and didnt try to sell me a tire like most shops try too. Very pleased honest place and prompt service. Will come again.
