I booked an online appointment, online I checked I needed hair color stylist did not respect my appointment, I checked in and the stylist came to me and told me she did not have time for me because I booked the appointment online. I DO not recommended this place my daughters hair for prom yesterday looked like my 6 year old was the stylist.. my daughters was devastated cried for a whole hour in the restroom and refused to go to prom ..it was horrible! a day to remember became a nightmare .. omg her hair was soo frizzy too even I could have done a better job .. oh oh and she didn’t even do what my daughter asked for .? thanks JCPenney

Gilbert is a miracle worker! He is so nice and funny. He really knows his stuff. He turned me from having Texas chainsaw massacre hair to making me feel beautiful again! I no longer look like I stuck my finger in a light socket! He brought back my natural curls! I thought they were lost and would have to get a perm to get them back, he also corrected my hair color. I can now show my face in.public, my family is no longer embarrassed to be seen in public with me! Ask for Gilbert, you won't be sorry!

I scheduled hair cut, roots coloring and highlights...haircut was horrible one side was shorter than the other side you can't see any highlights the job was horrible overall..I had to go to another salon expend more money to get it fix... please don't use Marinas service.. don't know what she is doing.. I was telling the teller when I was paying 240.00 that I was not happy with the job she ignored me..they didn't care..Services: Hairstyling

Had 2 appointments today at 12:30pm. Showed up on time. They said, “She’s running a little late.” I said, “ok like 5, 10, 15 minutes?” “No. She’s going to be like 30 minutes late. Do you want to walk around the mall?” I couldn’t believe it. They called me yesterday to confirm, twice! I’m there. Nothing. Unprofessional. I cancelled both appointments. My time is just as valuable as theirs. No thanks JCP.

I will give two stars only because the stylist was friendly and conditioned my hair well.. otherwise did not give me what I asked for, specifically to lighten my hair..like I had it before..AND for charging me $250! I showed her this picture..she could of explained blah blah blah BUT I've had other Stylist do what I wanted for $150. So when I spoke to the manager she said oh so you wanted HILITES instead of LOLITES.. let me go fix the price for lowlights..duh!!!! Not even an apology..very unprofessional..never will I give them my $$$ again!!

I came here because my daughter and husband needed to get their hair cut. The lady working there was extremely rude and refused to cut their hair. She claimed that she couldn’t because she was “busy” but there was no one there. She’d rather continue talking to her colleague instead of assisting paying customers. I will never come here again. Definitely don’t recommend.
