Very infuriating and unacceptable. Charged the wrong amount without apologising, and lied to us that this was next week's offer.

Cashier Lisa, rude and more focused on her friends than customers. Was not greeted, thanked did not ask if I wanted bags. Asked questions and said I don't know is on you.

i prefer S&F over other supers.- i wish there were a couple more employees on the floor & checkout sometimes.. but, the search/ wait is still better than most.- if u like self-checkout, they DO NOT have them...
