I giving 4 stars because they just recently rearranged everything in the store and it taking me double time to look for clothes on racks. Please can you organize womens clothes by size, in one row. ??
Sometimes I be walking around different rows like a rat in a maze trying to find my size because they have various rows with two or more sizes on them. Please keep it Simple for us Customers to do our shopping and have a Pleasant experience. THANK U?

The old lady working here 6/20 at 4:38pm on register towards the corner by the hangers was rude affffff. They skipped over this guy and I was like he was first and she ignored both him and then me and proceeds to yell next. I was just trying to be nice but I guess the lady was just being cranky. I’m trying to leave too, since the line was 20 minutes but if I can wait, the old lady can too. I don’t recommend coming to this location. You’re better off going to the Ross by Via Campo or even Marshalls because thats where I’ll be going to instead of this place.

First time I have a bad experience here after coming every couple weeks. Bad customer service from a young male cashier. Saw I was struggling w their cart and I had to call my mom who was in another store to come help. Didn’t even hand me my receipt or put inside bag. He said “receipt will be for you here” and pointed at the printer for me to grab as I had my hands full already.

They only had two cashiers. The line was long. The wait for one item was too long of a time. Not going back there again.
