They hospitality is non-existent and have no time to answer any questions. If you are looking to ask a question you have to be able to catch one of the employees coming out of the rooms.

I probably waited ten minutes not as bad as any other medical facility. They where quick and didn't have any problems at all? Curious why so many people had a bad experience.

I can't give a zero, two things on this review. I waited for two hours the people that called our names were rude, left without doing my blood work. Second there was a patient old male got there a 7, Chek in and ask them to check his name on their list and no one help him, three people came out to called names he approached every single one and they didn't help him, like me he left they told him to go at 630 am and he only had a window of 10 minutes to be seen if nor have a appointment. Every time I go to an appointment at Quest , the girls are so rude as if they are so unhappy. Why not find a job that work with you . What really bothers me is how the elders get so mistreated, so hurtful to see that . It happens every time I have to be there and it doesn't matter what office I go to!

Came here for a quick blood test per request of my MD. Scheduled online via the quest website (make an account otherwise you'll have troubles booking an appointment). Checked in via the text message link sent to my phone hours ahead of my scheduled 2:50pm appointment and was out by 2:58pm. The individual drawing my blood - Maribel - was personable, and made the entire blood draw effortless. No pain and I hardly felt the needle!

The phlebotomist tech is extremely rude. This is the most unprofessional location and they are very unhelpful. Having technical issues, my name and appointment or number was not appearing on system.

Horrible wait times, arrived 15mis late just to drop off a urine test, they literally said we cancel your schedule you will have to wait or make another schedule "ma'am I just want to drop of this test that's all I need" nop, had me wait for 2 hrs so they could get this test, RIDICULOUS WAIT TIME FOR THIS PLACE

Worst worst place ever they literally wait for the appt people to check in and they come out but yet they can't take in stand by people. And alor of elderly Spanish speaking need help and no one helps them. Absurd!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Terrible process and rude workers!!! Went to drop of a urine specimen for an elderly relative. After signing in waited over 3 hours to hand over the specimen. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Especially the rude technician. AVOID THIS PLACE and go to a different facility. They are supposed to be helping the community NOT hindering it.
