I think the service is exceptional when you have an appointment...walk-ins get no love and yet sometimes it is necessary to go directly to the clinic and yet walk-ins often get ignored

I had a new person to draw my blood, a little nervous, but supervised by another specialist, everything was fine, they treated me with respect and worked very professionally, when I took my blood, it didn't hurt at all, they worked in good time, I left very satisfied with it. There, I ask that you continue to be professional and respectful. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good at all. The nurse who took my samples did it so abruptly that left me a bruise and the area swollen. My arm is sore now, and I have to be careful because even the slightest activity would hurt. I have attached photos of my experience.
I know we are all going through difficult times, but please try to be gentler. It is not nice to be treated like this. I only hope that my samples are good, so that having gone through this experience was not in vain.

This Quest location is by far my favorite. Their schedule is very extensive. They open early, and they get the job done fast. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional at what they do. Scheduling your appointment through their online portal is easy. Walk-ins are welcomed but I wouldn't recommend it. They do make you wait until an open slot is available. They don't have front desk help so you have to do the check in process on your own using their kiosks. Loby is always exceptionally clean. They are only open Monday- Friday and parking is available.

I came here to bring my daughter for blood work I checked in at 10:40am I kept waiting patiently and then I asked one of the employees at 11:40 when was I gonna be seen she said because you checked in early don’t mean we are going to see you early with an attitude but a man before me checked in prior to he’s appointment and it wasn’t appearing then had to check in as walk in and had to wait longer to ven tho he had asked twice before me

WORST BLOOD DRAW OF MY LIFE! UNSANITARY... The guy didn't change his gloves. He was touching everything including other patients samples & cups of urine samples and then still came to do my blood draw without changing his gloves. He was rude & mean as hell. Didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I have really good veins. But, he kept saying my blood wasn't coming out and moving the needle in my arm. I made sure I was hydrated before the blood draw. Then, He had to poke me a second time in my other arm since he took one of the wrong tubes he had to get the correct one done. Now my left arm is super sore and I'm having trouble moving my fingers and even holding a water bottle. I have a doctors appointment to check out my left arm to see if i have nerve damage now from this. Don't go here!
I wish I would have seen the reviews on here before going to get messed up there.

No one there to greet you. Too robotic. Once you get called then it seems more normal
