I think the service is exceptional when you have an appointment...walk-ins get no love and yet sometimes it is necessary to go directly to the clinic and yet walk-ins often get ignored

I been going to Quest Diagnostics for three years and would not go any where else for my lab work they are the best.

The signin procedure was a bit confusing for me because I didn't read that the express is what I needed to do since I had an appointment.
