lol tried on like two dresses here and the girl that works there took the dresses i was trying on to the fitting room which obvs okay to know so anyway as i was in the fitting room deciding on if i should buy them looking in the mirror because ya know the prices are up there i then hear the girl tell my friend that is outside waiting for me “how is she doing she’s taking long in there” like uuuum okay?? not like my friend knows i wasn’t updating her lol i was deciding cause of the price on which to get & not like there was any people in there or close to closing… that just made me not want to buy anything smh like who in customer service says that im sorry hahaha wth

I bought a beautiful dress tried it on in 1x it fit but was tight so went to 2x I bought it and it definitely isn’t 2x I was able to fix 1x but not even zip 2x and there no returns

Amazing pieces here that are a little pricey but super elegant and unique. One of the only places around Montebello and San Gabriel valley that carries pin up and rockabilly stuff. It is super niche but you can get a good bang for your buck here. Great customer service as they do not crowd you but are friendly and welcoming.

Smelled two jackets I was exchanging for five minutes straight before hitting me with "they have a different smell than the ones they have in the store" Making a whole issue over nothing because I didn't put my jacket back In the bag the same way the store folds it. take your money elsewhere, somewhere you won't catch a case of bad attitude from!!!! Don't buy gifts for people here!!!! they will give that person such a hard time if you don't get the right size. And if you leave a bad review they'll do anything in their power to have it removed so they keep their reputation, BEWARE

The store has a good selection but I will take my money elsewhere and look online so I can avoid the unwelcoming atmosphere and attitude. Employees should be trained to offer help or even just offer a smile at the very least.

Impolite and discouraging unhelpful ill-manager. Description : older lady with black hair maybe (40?) I asked one of the staff here (pretty sure it was the store manager or although she seemed that way) if she could tell me if there were more similar items in the store & she replied with saying you could look around for yourself and see if we have more. I'm sorry, what? The purpose of your work is to let the guest know what you do and don't have in the store. She had already rolled her eyes at me previously saying she couldn't understand me. What a hostile response and appalling way of treating customers. I had some things I was prepared to buy, but I changed my mind because of her. I probably will not be giving my service to this place again in the future and I know I'm just one person so I can't make much impact on how they treat customers. However, the younger girl was really friendly and welcoming.

I bought this dress a year ago and it is still in great condition with the shoes. I love shopping at this boutique! The owner and employees are very welcoming and super nice! I totally recommend this store to all rockabilly fans.

I bought this belt same day and wore it to dinner (no dancing or activity), and it came apart almost immediately. There is an “all sales final” policy, that should guarantee the items won’t fall apart. At $18 the quality should be better. I hate to leave a one star review the staff was helpful but this is unacceptable.
