I received a bill from this business but have never rented from them! They have sent me to collections and now I have to spend my time disputing this charge. This was their mistake. They allowed someone to rent a truck without vetting them and without verification! Absolutely absurd.

I went to deliver a brand new unit and a guy that works on the yard(Jason) started honking at me so I moved he started to mumble I saked him if he was ok he kept walking he kept driving in the yard like if he was on a racetrack whe I told the guys in the office he tied to lie saying he told me to move and started saying I have no common sense be carefull with (Jason) he's a hazard to everyone around him fyi the other guys I talked to where really nice but (Jason) ruins the experience.

Do yourself a favor, drive past this place. Service is terrible, watch out for a trick. Charging hidden fees after truck has been returned. This place stinks! Don't do it, you will regret it. Zero stars.

I have no idea why this place has such a low rating. They saved my move! I was able to reserve the truck size I needed the night before and they even accommodated my pick up time from 10am to 7am. When I arrived the front desk clerk was friendly and fast. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

DONT RENT FROM THIS PENSKE EVER Their prices are double than any other Penske. Their front desk is poorly trained, poor communication. Manager is never around. I called this Penske to reserve a 26 ft box truck 3 days in advanced. I was put on a waitlist and the man said he will call me if one becomes available. He asked if we needed a liftgate since that would be easier to become available. I told him we don't need a liftgate. He said he would call me the next day and let me know if he found a truck for us. The next day i get a call saying he has a 26 foot box truck with no liftgate available for pickup Thursday morning at 7am. I went ahead and booked the reservation. I am not sure who I was communicating with but the number I was in contact with is (323) 724-4435. We arrived and were told they only have a 20 ft box truck available for us. We drove all the way to Montebello for the 26 ft truck since they are hard to find one available. We were told by the morning crew that 26 ft trucks are only available for one way only. Why weren't we told this from the beginning? Why did we have to find out the morning of our move that this was the case? Due to lack of communication through this staff and only receiving a 20 ft truck, this cost us time and money. If we had a bigger truck like we asked for and we needed, this wouldn't have been a problem. That morning we spoke with Ulysses and Marco, they stated they were not the ones that called and spoke to us about the 26 ft truck. We brought the truck back the same day and it costed over $500 just for a 20 foot box truck. We only went 40 miles... this place is a straight SCAM.

You can tell the GM is on vacation right now , I'll be coming back on the 7th when she returns to discuss the shady conduct happening behind the counter when she's not around, been coming to Penske for years, I've never been charged $300 a day for a 20 foot box truck. Javier promised me a 26 foot the night before, then they told us they don't give out 26 foot with no lift gate right when we get there in the morning, then we come back to return the truck an Javier said we just didn't have it in the morning, then charged me for a 26 foot truck. He then said anything bigger then a 16 foot they have to charge for a 26 foot, again, I have so much more info on this. Anyone else with similar experiences please contact me! UPDATE, The GM got back with us, she told us to "**** off" I will be launching a internal investigation to see what's going on behind closed doors there at Penske, I have the emails of her telling us to f*** off and it will be known. I will be in contact with the BBB and internal affairs

I came here to rent a truck that I was going to use for a few weeks. Service here is friendlier than compared to most places in my honest opinion. Plenty of trucks here regardless of it feeling like it's in a weird location. Easy to get trucks fueled up and even returned. Fair prices too.

Best local repair service in the Los Angeles area ! Big Dave , service supervisor tackled all the necessary repairs . In record breaking time . From pm service , injector replacement , pto air leak , a/c compressor replacement , new tires , repair / replace missing fairing . Major thanks to keep me rolling , and in the game !
