“Went to BoA to withdraw some money for a home project and went inside to see a teller. There is a guy at the Customer Service desk, but he just stared at me. Some other BoA offer help or a small greeting. Good thing on a weekday afternoon, there was a small line and 4 tellers. Things moved pretty fast and the teller was really nice! He gave me some tips on how the new debit card can now be "tapped." It's not only via swipe or chip anymore!”
