Worst customer service ever !!! The manager Isaura is the worst person there supposedly she's the manager but doesn't know how to handle simple situations she couldn't resolve my problem this bank needs someone more professional then her she can't do her job get rid of her ! I've been a customer for Bank of America over 20 years Shame on your ISAURA I hope your supervisor sees this you're no good for this company look for another job !

Worst customer service! The employees are clueless and unprofessional especially Manuel who shrugged his shoulders and basically said "we can't help you" in front of a full lobby. I'm pretty sure there's some privacy laws he broke I will be speaking to a lawyer after this! THE WORST!

Worst Bank of America to go to . They have nasty attitude and couldn't cash a check from my INSURANCE but we came to the one in Gardena and they did it no problem. Never coming here again

TRASH SERVICE NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN RECEIVED A CHECK FROM INSURANCE THAT WAS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH BOA AND THEY TELL ME THEY CANT CASH CAUSE OF AMOUNT ?? 3rd bank i go to only one that says that check didn't clear because to new now it clears I come here and they tell me because of the amount ??? How does that even make sense had to talk to my insurance and they were even saying that's not possible and they should cash it .. horrible troll lady bad attitude don't recommend no one go here please

Worst experience ever 2 times already. Lack of leadership and customer service. There is a few people employed at this location who I'm 100% sure are only there because someone they know! They have 0 common sense and 0 customer service skills. Its sad how they treat customers BOA should give this whole branch a 8hr training on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Arrived 5mins before 9AM open and there was already a line. This bank had 6 people working inside as soon as they opened and yet only one teller. The rest we're counting cash and sitting at desks. If there's bank protocols that need to be done before open then I suggest staff arrive an hour earlier. Not start working literally as the customers get here. It is now 9:21 and the line inside is not moving. Do better.

This bank is seriously the worst! I hate having to deal with them but I'm caring for my 93 year old aunt and this is who she banks with. First of all, I arrived and there is a line all the way around the corner. The line is comprised of my own Mexican people whom seems to be most of this banks customers. I wish I could talk them all there at other banks that will not charge them the fees this bank charges that they would not have to wait in long line like these. Through this feature maybe they will get the message. After waiting for over 20 minutes I get to the window, make a deposit but because my aunt asked me to cash a check, I was told there's an $8 fee because I don't have an account. My aunts check was made to cash so I wouldn't have to deal with this but they are adamant about this. I walked out without getting the cash and am not at chase my bankand it's a breath if fresh air!

Terrible. I stopped by on my way home from the gym to cash a check and withdraw some cash. Waited outside for 20 minutes to get INSIDE the bank. They actually lock the door to monitor the amount of customers inside. Once inside the bank there were TWO tellers out of twelve stations. I waited an entire 45 minutes to do my transaction. Never again. When I asked the man at the Customer Service stand why they don't fill all 12 stations he said it was because of Covid regulations. When I asked the teller she said it was because it was their lunch break. My time time is valuable. My recommendation is that you fully staff your teller stations with all 12 tellers, provide seats in the line to make waiting more comfortable, and provide complimentary coffee and cookies to all customers as a thank you for their patience.

Was just at the bank to exchange some coins. Never had a teller match up a roll of coins with another roll of coins. I always check and double check before I seal the coin wrapper.

Went to BoA to withdraw some money for a home project and went inside to see a teller. There is a guy at the Customer Service desk, but he just stared at me. Some other BoA offer help or a small greeting. Good thing on a weekday afternoon, there was a small line and 4 tellers. Things moved pretty fast and the teller was really nice! He gave me some tips on how the new debit card can now be "tapped." It's not only via swipe or chip anymore!

Came to this B of A to get some info on a Home Equity Line of Credit. Signed in a waited to be assisted. In the meantime, the bankers were assisting the people who got to the lobby after I was there. I understand if those people had already set up an appointment in the past, but the bankers should take the responsibility of letting the other people know that are waiting in the lobby, that there was a prior appointment set for the people who got there after them. The perception is not good.

Horrible customer service. Long wait and they do not attend to customers. One one person was attending to everyone that was waiting so it took so long and other employees were just standing around talking.

Really bad customer service 10.30 am they have 12 windows but only 3 people working. Over 40 mins waiting for service. The line almost getting out of the door and nobody looks interested to help. Really!!! For sure will move to other bank. Most BOA offices around this area is same issue everyday!!
