Wish I could leave more stars Mr. Mike is awesome!!! I wanted to restore a pair of ohm c2 loudspeakers from 1978 myself and after a lot of research and finding very little info I decided I needed a pro and definitely found one. Mike is a wealth of knowledge. I’m very curious by nature and tend to ask many questions to understand anything and everything which Mike was more than happy to answer. As with anything you get what you pay for and Mike’s quality of work and experience is worth every penny I highly recommend his services. Be sure to call to set an appointment. ? Recommending this business.Kind , helpful and professional. Already started asking about the issues with the speaker and began to suggest all the things that could went wrong with it.Unfortunately he's too far ,but still took the time to give tons of info.

Found Montebello Speaker Repair Center online while trying to find someone locally that could repair my Bowers & Wilkins midrange that appeared to be having a voice coil rub. Mike quickly responded and asked that I either send, or bring the speaker to him to test. I dropped the speaker for Mike to test, which he quickly did and repaired/ realigned the cone within 24 hours. I reinstalled the midrange once I returned home and I couldn't be happier. The sound quality was back to original. Thank you Mike. I would highly recommend Montebello and the owner Mike to anyone looking to repair their speakers. B&W speakers are very hard to get parts for, so I am very glad that Mike was able to repair. Thank you Mike.

I took 2 pairs of TAD1602 for much needed reconing almost a year ago.Now, I have had them in my studio for several months.This guy is so bloody cool he even signed and dated the new cones!So what? you say.Well. I say this.I will never wish to use anyone else.Ever. They sound fantastic.We went, together, into his wondrously cluttered shop and tested each one before he could let them go.Bravo??? No, bravissimo Sir!!!

This guy is a scam I saw a lot of good reviews so I thought I’d check out this business when I got there I showed mike a subwoofer speaker he looked at it and seemed really anxious to try and fix it I asked if he could fix it and he said yes so I left the speaker with him when I went to pick up the speaker he was checking the sound with music that had no bass when I got home I noticed that the speaker was acting the same way it was before he supposedly fix it I went back to his shop and he told me it was something els that was wrong with it and it would be 700$ charge on top of the 180$ he charged I got played for my money be carful

Reliable, knowledgeable and responsive, what else could be said? I trusted Mike with a pair of twenty years old floor standing speakers and he brought them back to life. They sound great!

I recently changed the Paradigm Studio 100 to the beryllium tweeters and they sounded very harsh and bright due to the difference in impedance. I did some research and found out the crossovers need to be modified. Mike was very patient and explained to me what he might do to improve the sound. He also provided a quote over the phone. I was able to pick up the speakers the next day. Night and day difference after he fixed the crossover. They sound fantastic now! The price was very reasonable. Mike was very pleasant to deal with. Definitely will come back for future needs.

I needed to find someone to repair my beloved vintage Infinity 1001A speakers and found Michael on Yelp. Even though I had to trudge along on the 5 to Montebello, it was so worth it. He also promised to have them done by the following week for me to pick them up, and they were done... Michael knows his stuff and is so worth it.

Fixed very old Marantz speakers and a Studio Fischer Receiver that belonged to my grandpa in his wood shop. They sound just as good as I remembered. Mike is definitely worth your trust and business.

Our company's PA system was not working properly. Mike came in, diagnosed the problem and quoted a very fair price. He installed a new amplifier and now our PA is working like new again. He is very pleasant to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
