10/02 Showed up for my 1:30 pm appointment at 1:15pm , Checked in with the link I was provided yesterday 10/01. Took longer than expected to get a text so I decided to call and I realized online It stated they were closed. So i walk upstairs to confirm & door was closed with a note stating They were closed 7:00-1:00. What kind of bullshit is this ? Was not notified AT ALL !! 10/03 : They keep calling me and leaving voicemails, apologizing that unfortunately I didn't receive the notification stating they were closed. BS how is it that multiple people didn't get one?

Terrible Terrible Service. For starters it takes over 10 days to get an appointment. I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment time and the wait to get my blood drawn was over an hour and a half!!! I've been to other locations and it's never this terrible. The staff is rude never again coming to the Montebello location. Labcorp should work on training their staff better

I showed up for my 12:45 appointment at 12:30. Door was locked and sign that states “office closed early this week from 7:00-1:00. Well, i showed up at 12:30.

Showed up for my 12:45 appointment at 12:30 and the door was closed with note stating "this week office close early; 7:00-1:00." Well, I showed up at 12:30?! I called labcorp customer service and they said they sent out email to notify customers. BS! I didn't receive any email. Now I had to fast and miss work hours to get here. Very disappointment. This is not how you run a business.

Scheduled an appointment, checked waited for about an hour, then was informed that their system was down and I couldn't pay for the lab work and needed to come back.The staff didn't know when the system would be back up, nor when I could return to complete my blood test.

Took my grandmother here for some blood work the doctor requested. The young ladies at the front are very welcoming and nice. Didn't wait very long & had a good experience here.

Tried calling to ask question for the Montebello clinic and receptionist hung up on me while I was talking tried calling back and they just hang up, Very rude and unprofessional this needs to be addressed by management and disciplinary action needs to be acted on!

I have an open standing order here I go every other week for blood work been doing it for 3 months now I've never had no issues this place is great very friendly knowledgeable and professional service keep up the great work

Unprofessional staff, rude, careless. Had appointment, both ladies ignored, intentionally delayed service, after all both of them suggested to go somewhere else. Really?After 45 min from appointment time got txt that my turn to go in. I knew, they are just making fun of me. Gross!! Wish they will have same kind of rude service when they need blood work if……they reach my age.

Can't make an online appointment until 3 weeks our or more. Corporate does a poor job of always answering their phone. On labcorp website it says appointment is recommended however this location is actually appointment required. What a waste of time. The front staff would have less attitude if this place closes down and they lose their jobs. They lack professionalism. Especially to the elderly or to those don't speak English. So rude. Go to quest! Much cleaner and better customer service

Horrible customer service and complete disregard for their patients who make appointments. They lacked particular needles required for our blood work and failed to notify us that the draw couldn't be performed that day so we showed up and time wasted. What's the point of making an appointment and specifying our particular needs, then? At least call your customers and let them know they should reschedule or go to another lab.
