Staff there are always so helpful and easy to talk too. No one talks down to you or judges you. No one acts as if they are MR SUPER MECH MOD or MS. SUB OHM WOMAN. I hate going into vape shops and everything goes silent, you could actually hear the cracks of their necks to look at "Who dares enter into their sanctuary de Vapor!?" When I walk into this store they ask me straight out if I need help. The best part is when you say "I am just looking" or "I need a minute to figure out what I am looking for." They don't jump on you and demand you tell them what you need, or hover right over you smiling and nodding like some insane starved vape fiend waiting for you to throw some scraps. They are the best at finding or trying to find the Vape you need or if you give them some hints about the item you forgot the name of. They are like Vape magicians! They will order whatever you want and poof it's there.

Purchased a disposable device at this location. I get home and find out the device doesn't work (literally didn't even get one puff out of it). I come back a week later to return the device since I live an hour away and only in the area when my job brings me to Montebello. I let the girl know up front what had happened and she wouldn't even offer to make it right by exchanging the device for one that worked. They offered to give me 10% off my next purchase lol. "Keep the faulty product we sold you that never worked and when you come back to purchase some thing else we"ll give you 10% off" No thanks won't be shopping here ever again.

Thank you for such a quick response. I've been going in every other week for the past 4 months. I bought a rig there and buy juice all the time. I went in on Monday for a small bottle that I know cost 12$. The homeboy behind the counter charged me 20$. Not being in the mood to argue I let it slide. I decided to give him my 20$ and will be taking my business elsewhere. I was also told I could not accumulate points because I was paying cash. Imagine losing a loyal customer, to pocket 8$...

As a 30+ year smoker..vaping has been incredible and these guys have been helpful in understanding the difference in the products. They ask questions to get you the right product instead of just selling you something.
