Dr. Amanda Brizuela is such an amazing healthcare provider. She is kind, compassionate, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, a therapeutic listener & communicator—just the embodiment of everything a doctor should strive to be. I cannot speak more highly of her or her practice. The nurses who work with her are just as great, hardworking, & personable. I’m lucky to have found this office.Thank you.

Kaiser is the best in self care and for your family. This facility is well managed and staff is super friendly and professional.Dr. Magtoto has been my personal and family Dr for many years. He really cares about his patients and treats you like family. Every emergency I've had, or think I've had...lol...he takes serious and makes sure my family and I are 100% safe and healthy. Best part is that he's a Dodgers Fan!! He truly represents what a great caring family doctor is and along with all the nurses there, he represents Kaiser of Montebello well and for all Kaiser Permanentes in general. My family and I are blessed to have him as our family Doctor.

The vaccination center is located on the 3rd floor. I had an amazing experience getting my son his Covid-19 booster and the flu shot. The nurse's name, who administered the vaccine, was Gabriel. I always had to hold down my son for his 1st and 2nd dose (he's a toddler) HOWEVER, this time, he talked my son through it so calmly and explained what everything was for, what it does, etc. My son had zero tears! Thank you for your patience with small children!

I like the convenience of this location since it's close to home. Always pick up my prescriptions here after a mail order prescription was lost. Mark is a pharmacy tech that's great, he's very friendly and helpful. My general practitioner, Dr. Lee is always excellent and refers me to any specialist I need. Dr. Feldman is also wonderful and kind, though she's now at Baldwin Park. For the last decade, my experiences here have been good. However, I had the worst obgyn experience of my life here with Dr. Adrienna Boynton. I will never forget how she mistreated me at 16. I was so depressed before my periods that I went from getting straight A's in school to failing assignments and was so exhausted I'd sleep for over 10 hours a day and still be tired. She dismissed my concerns and said every woman has a period and I needed to deal with it, despite ordering me to track my period for several months and all the information being there showing this was a consistent problem. My mom, who was a pharmacist, had to diagnose me later and told her no, I had Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and fight to have me put on medication for it. Which she had to Google, then agreed, and that's the only reason I got the treatment I needed after months of suffering and being dismissed. Flash forward to 2018, no treatment worked and I had to have surgery to treat PMDD. So grateful Dr. Feldman took me seriously and approved me for surgery asap. But it makes me so angry that I was treated as a hysterical woman for an absolutely legitimate chronic illness which has no cure besides surgery. Dr. Boynton is the reason I didn't get help sooner and her cruelty and apathy should bar her from ever being a doctor. Thankfully she no longer practices at this location, but she does at Baldwin Park and Diamond Bar. Beware of her. I've never met a doctor that so obviously only did it for the money and prestige and looks down on her patients while refusing to help. You shouldn't have to fight a doctor to get the care you desperately need.

DO NOT TRUSTThey're automated medication refill system. When the pharmacy is too busy an automated system will request information to have your prescription refilled. Does not work you still have to call to have it filled.Overall not bad . Sometimes the receptionist is a bit slow there are four of them. They never address the member in line. You have to guess that they see you.Pharmacy can be a bit slow to but medication usually ready in 20 minutes or less .They also have optometry , nurse check-in but no urgent care .There is plenty of parking and sunshade . There is a good number of handicapped parking spaces close to the entrance .the staff for the most part is very friendly and professional .On one occasion I did file a complaint about one nurse discussing her vacation cruise but making racial comments which should not be made around patients .I did file a grievance with one technician that draws blood for her rude behavior.Restrooms are well supplied and clean however only one set per floor this is a three-story building and in the men's room only one stall .Seats are comfortable for the most part . The entire facility just had a make over so looks a little brighter and more welcoming .

Pharmacy lines are ridiculous. I'm sorry but people don't know how to read the signs and when that happens you get a line out the lobby. So unfortunately if you're buying something over the counter and don't need to check in, you end up waiting in line for about half an hour. Insane Plus what is the purpose of the name board if they're just going to call people and they don't have to wait in line.

I got a follow up call to find out more on my one star review and experience, had a good conversation with Jennifer and I think she was very sincere in resolving the wait room problems

Made an appointment mid April to see primary care doctor on June 1st. They day before June 1st my appointment was cancelled. Rescheduled the next day for June 6 and it was cancelled in the morning. Is it customary for this facility to not see patient that is not covid related? I know government pays more if you can label the visit as covid related. Ridiculous. Background: this would have been my first visit to this facility for a primary care doctor.
