Overpriced. Beware!Not sure how we got stuck paying $550 to do our taxes just because per Margret Uber is my husbands own business. We complained to manager Celeste who did not have the ability to resolve the problem.

OVERPRICED. Please avoid H&R Block and go somewhere else. I can't justify $270 (and that was after a $25 discount, which I was obligated to pay it since they prepared my taxes without an option to decline). There are lawyers working for similar rates doing far more complex work with years of education. My taxes couldn't have taken very long to complete.Anyway, there are plenty of tax prepares out there who's do it for something shy over $100. Obviously it's not H&R Block. I only had a simple tax return for a married couple and one child. JFC!Next time I'll go with my former tax preparer on Beverly Boulevard and Hay Street (in Montebello) who gives me a better rate and does a good job, and faster too.

I called and asked a simple question and was told I would get an answer back from an advisor and no one ever called me back. I don't take kindly to that I feel like I've been ignored.
