Alert! Alert! If you’re reserving the one bedroom suite be very careful there is a problem in the website.
I reserved a one bedroom suite and was charged for that particular room. However when I arrived they gave me a 2 queen bed room instead and when I told the attendant we were charged for a one bedroom suite he said that was the he said “Ms we don’t even have that type room and $200 extra is the deposit” so I said than give another room just like the one you’re giving me “he said we don’t have anymore rooms we are totally booked” so we had to share the room with our daughter and her family.
When we checked out there system was down so I had to wait about 1/2 for it to come back when the system was up they still wanted me to pay for the one bedroom suite and we keep going back and forth for another 1/2 hour and me showing the attendant the wrong change to my card and she just wouldn’t believe me so basically she was calling me a liar until finally it got solved.
At the end the attendant confessed they have that problem when people try to book the one bedroom suite and she advised me to call to reserve that particular room.
The rooms don’t have a stove so don’t count on it! They give you a hot plate at the front desk the one they gave us was dirty the pan and the hot plate.
The dishwasher didn’t work.
Housekeeper the first day she didn’t even left new towels or toilet at all , second day she didn’t take the room trash out only the bathroom and the kitchen.
The location and the premises are great!

Ants, bed bugs and Juhline wasn't any help at all. Paid $340 for a suite! Mostly for the pool use, which I was informed that it was heated prior to booking. Pool was not heated! The engineer did help fix the situation. My family and I kept noticing ants crawling on us throughout the day in our room. Around midnight, I tried looking from where they were coming from. They were under the mattress along with bed bugs. (I have clear video footage!) I asked for a refund and to be switched to another room just to complete the night as my children were asleep, tired & I am pregnant, but was told no. I will not return. The cleanliness was bad. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, front desk Juhline should take better care of her guests instead of kicking out a family of 4 around 12am.

The bathroom has no lock. Rooms are old and nasty. Service is good and the breakfast is awesome. But the room is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I was hesitant with writing this review at first because its always been a good stay with hilton but this time the experience was bad so here I am writing this.
We booked the room for one night with only using our Hilton points( Hilton Honors Member) so we able to choose the room beforehand and were able to get a digital key so when we came to the hotel the front desk guy told us to give the credit card again saying it was not charged but it was charged before (for the deposit) and then gave us the keys to a different room and we had the digital keys to a different room but we were tired so we went to the assigned room.
After that we went to take food and when we came back the card was not working in the elevator so I used the digital key( It was still showing the previous room) then when I went to the room none of the keys were working so I went down to the front desk.
At the front desk I got to know that they cancelled my keys as that was not the assigned to us but to different people and our original room was the one I had digital keys for but then they said new keys will be made.
Then I went back but still the keys were not working so I had to go back down and again new keys were made. I had to wait for so long at night with all the food and other stuff.
And the front desk lady told me that this could be avoided if I mentioned this earlier (blaming it on me) but I had mentioned it before still I was given someone else's room.
This was not expected being a Hilton Honors member and booking with points.
This whole thing was draining both physically and mentally.

Staying here a week and this is easily the nicest hotel in the area. For a golfer, it’s got the best lake view rooms which overlook the driving range and also the golf course. Nice and clean, only complaint is the constant weed smells in the hallways, smoking is banned in the rooms but smoking marijuana must not be. It stinks.

Great location, very comfortable and clean, good amenities. EV chargers, underground parking. Close to golfing.
Rooms: King premium suite is very roomy. Kitchenette well set up and bathroom was spacious.
Nearby activities: Walking distance to golfing and Starbucks nearby.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was great with plenty of options.

We stayed three night with my family whilst visiting Los Angeles. We decided to stay here as the room was much larger than closer to town for the same price. We really enjoyed the room, the (free breakfast) and the parking was very easy and available. We would certainly come back to Home2suites if we are back in this region!

Great stay!!! Free breakfast buffet and they have many items to choose from. Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are roomy and clean. Has everything you need for a perfect stay!
