The customer service is out the door employees do walk past you and never greet or ask if you are doing ok. H&M might as well have self check out .. the employees working here look obligated to do their job .. lately their clothes isn't stylish anymore ..

Love that they will take a bag of donation clothes and give you a 15% discount on the same day purchase or you can use it next time if your not shopping that same day .

Big clothing store for all ages, although they offer a larger section to women's clothing. The clothing is nice, fashionable and less expensive than department stores. I really like the prices and style of clothing presented. Service is very friendly.

Hi, The person (woman) who served me was rude and had bad service. I had to ask for my receipt and she gave it to me in a bad way. I am putting this so they can locate the person and get their attention and be nicer to customers if she has problems or she doesn't like her job, it's easy for her to quit and that's it.

I saw a piece of clothing on a mannequin and couldn't find it so I asked a girl with shoulder length colored hair where I can find it. She corrected me that it was not a top but lingerie in the lingerie section with a pompous attitude. I felt extremely embarrassed and unwelcome.

I do not come to the Montebello Mall, but since the H&M in Arcadia was closed (or I thought it was) I decided to stop at this location. I had to return a top I bought at the Santa Barbara H&M because it was too small. When I got there, I asked one of the associates if they had the top I was looking for and explained I needed to exchange it. She told me they did and she walked me over to where they were. I checked out the ones they had but they did not have the size I was looking for. I made my way back and told her I was leaving and thanked her for her help. She told me she thought there was one in the fitting room and she could check for me. I was in a rush so I told her it was fine. I had mentioned I usually go to Arcadia, but it was close. She let me know that location was open now. Even though I did not get what I was looking for the associate provided great customer service and tried her best to help me out. I do appreciate it! Thank you so much! I did go to the Arcadia location and service was not as great as the Montebello one.
