Rats!!! They have rats!!!! I rented a unit here to keep some belonging here while they changed my flooring. After going in last week to store more items... I immediately saw rat dropping on my boxes and containers and I have some items in bags. I immediately went to another storage company and started cleaning and throwing out things that got ruined.
Management was suppose to call me I'm yet to hear from anyone.

We should ALL GET TOGETHER AND FILE A LAW SUE AGAINST THIS PLACE ... Worse place .. A free place to sleep with drug addicts.. I regret giving my money and time to this place.. ?????

Horrible place and staff ; I was renting a storage there a year ago about for 4 months at first the Lady ftom the front office was helpful giving me info about the storages that were available prices and a lock for my storage was given to me also a pin for the gate which was not secure at all because my unit was broke into it by a "maintainance guy " which was extremley rude saying why would i bring valuable items to the storage ; No one plans on storing your things that has a meaning or value paying for it to be "secure " and at the end of the day say they dont have camaras and notify you 3 days after the incident and wanted to charge me the month after rental when i still had days left ; The are so inconsiderate ; I had made the report which a latina/hispanic police helped nothing at all seemed like she new them before and said nothing could be done beacuse there wasnt evidence of the items that were robbed and also who robbed it ; This place is a scam !

I rent a space there and just came back from there. I used a dolly of there's. And the girl working there came up to me with worst attitude not asking for my i.d., but telling me to see my i.d. I then asked for her managers name and number and she refused to give me it. It's stressful enough to have to move and put things And put things in storage let alone deal with employees like that

Im A new tenant there at the facility and let me just say. girl that helped me. Was incredibly helpful with many of my concerns I was set up with gate code unit and. Lock everything was so quick besides her taking the time to. Show me many units. That will fit my interest. Thank u.

I recently emptied out my storage unit and was surprised to notice that a number of things were missing. No one had access to my storage unit and no one I know could have taken anything. On several occasions things seemed moved around in my storage unit and the door which was difficult to open one day started to open easily as if someone fixed it. Whoever did it (I suspect the employees) must have picked the lock. The other major problem with this storage facility is they don't follow California law (Business and Professions Code 21700) about late payments. Instead of waiting the required time and sending notices they lock you out on the 1st day your payment is late, so the second of every month. This is illegal but when I brought it up to the staff they denied there was any such law and said their contract superseded any law, which is nonsense and also the contract doesn't even mention this policy.They were super rude about it because they know what they are doing is illegal. On one occasion the female manager was extremely unprofessional and started cursing at me about it saying all this stuff and then following me out of the office like she wanted to fight just because I said what they were doing is illegal and told her she was wrong to say they could do whatever they want. Very weird. Don't leave your stuff here if you don't want them to steal it they are very sketchy. At the end of the day thats exactly what they do, whatever they want.

This place is horrible. They broke into my unit stole my items and they don't even know about it. To me, it does look like an inside job since l have been using this place since quite some time. The owner is an arrogant person and the workers hate their lives. It may seem a bit affordable before the special runs out and then they bumped up to the highest price. They close at 7.00pm and they just brought cameras to the entries. There are plenty of better storage places out there, safer and 24h.

You’ll have to call them 15x times to get them to pick up. They never call you back. Very difficult.
