If I could give them less than one star I would. I have never had a worse experience in my life. Earlier I spoke with a gentleman and explained to him that I had an emergency and asked him if I could cut the line when I arrived. He assured me that he would have my prescription at the counter ready for me to grab sign and go. How amazing right? Well unfortunately that's not what actually happened. When I got there the pharmacist Gayane had about 8 prescriptions that she was explaining to a customer. I nicely explained to Gayane that I didn't have time to wait and that I had made prior arrangements with the gentleman to cut the line. She looked at me and had he audacity to say "I don't care what prior arrangements you have I'm with a customer and I'll get to you when I get to you." I think Gayane doesn't know she's working at a pharmacy and not the DMV. I left without my prescription and will never go there again. Save yourself the hassle and just use Costco.
