bought one of their mattresses from Revivals, Palm springs. worthless pos which hurt my back. part of mattress bunched up the inside of mattress, removing any padding. happened almost immediately. exchange for another crap product seems counter productive. a confused and bothersome mess.

I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!

I have been a retailer of Gateway Mattresses for 17 years. I am also an authorized dealer of several other mattress brands and have over the years came to a point that I only sell Gateway Brand now. I have found that the quality of the Gateway Mattresses is very comparable to those major brands but the cost is less than half comparing oranges to oranges. Almost all of the major mattress manufacturers buy the inner-working of their mattresses from the same suppliers(i.e. coils, foam ticking, etc.) so there really isn't a huge difference between what you're getting buying from Gateway or some major-big name brand. The Big difference is that you are not having to pay for huge advertising campaigns that the majors do because Gateway does not advertise. Gateway has a fantastic line of their quality new mattresses and Gateway also is in on the Green concept of not wasting resources. Gateway is also a major recycler and a leader in the industry in the area. Two years ago the MRC (Mattress Recycling Council) was started in an effort to curtail used mattresses from filling landfills and winding up in public places. Gateway mainly reuses the coils systems and has a sterilization that is 2nd to none in it's process. I have sold hundreds of their refurbs to hundreds of satisfied clients and hotels. Gateway brand is so well respected that they do business with different colleges and government agencys. Every mattress in my private home bears the "Gateway" label. I Highly Recommend them. Thank you Gateway mattress company for this great Dovina mattress in a box. We weren't so sure it was going to fill up the space but watch what happens when we take it out of the bag.

Found on Craigslist. Asked if the mattresses were refurbished, and the guy said no they were all brand new. Got delivery. Stupid of me didnt ask for receipt. A day later checked the matteress. Found a tag said it contains used material. Texted, called, left a message asking for refund, but no answer. BS. Be aware.
