I do not recommend this car insurance to anyone, they lie, steal your money, & make excuses why they raise your policy. They supposedly add a tow service you can't remove even if you have triple A.I spoke to a Rudy Ontiveros about why my policy had increased to $95. He told me that my policy payment in August, July, & June was $93. I had already looked at my bank statements for these months & I was charged $91 which he lied. He then called 2 other supervisors from other Fred Loyal locations because the Montebello location there was not Supervisor and he was a trainee. I spoke to a Patty & Cindy and they both lied through their teeth and made excuses. Then another customer came in & had a similar problem. They supposedly record their phone calls for training purposes but I asked them to remove their tow service and they said they couldn't because that was mandatory but the sales assistant Rudy told me that I could and a supervisor Cindy said I needed to fill out the proper paperwork. I asked her why my policy payment was $95 now, Cindy said I had credit which is a lie because the other sales rep Monica told me in March 2023 my policy payment decreased because a citation was removed and I had a good driving record for 5 years. Now I spoke Supervisor Patty about removing my tow service, Patty said I could not. I asked Rudy for the Supervisors names and he only gave me their first name and he said he couldn't remember their last names. Cover up! Cover up!Fred Loya is full of lies. Not worthy or recommend.

P if you want a quick fix when you're desperate this is where o I don't know who is Fred loya jirga is my experience is the worst ever they never give you direct answer and every month if he goes up they come up with something you will rule all the time to I can imagine this guy corporate office is in Texas for a so I can imagine Tommy walks around the office with cowboy boots a gold buckle in a 10-gallon cowboy hat the biggest insurance company because he I'll call you when it's time to pay but they were never call to let you know the fees going up until you walk in the Office.

I have very terrible experience with Fred Loya. Someone hit me at that time he has the insurance with Fred Loya. When I tried to contact with Fred Loya to get invoices and document on my end for reimbursement purpose uploaded, no one takes really care of it. In all, if you don't call them every minutes, no one will call you.

This morning I had a bad experience with the "Location Manager". I simply called to have them waive a 10$ late fee because the previous night their website had crashed and I couldn't pay. Whomever answer the phone simply said to me "I can't do anything about it you have to speak to my manager" , then the "manager" got on the phone and said to me there's nothing I can't do about it . I just want to say a piece of advice for this girl, First of all when you speak to a paying customer you should never start on a negative note, you could of simply said , listen that's above my pay grade but let me get someone to assist you , instead I had to argue with you until you connected me with someone who since the beginning you knew would have helped me . 10$ that don't even come out of your pocket. Just saying . You Negative Nancy.
