as someone else reported, and I failed to read, this location has a limited capacity for drop offs. If they reach their capacity, you are SOL and have to go somewhere else. That happened to me. Recommend you go to an official FedEx location.

Pointless and slow location. That have limits on what they can take because they are a 3rd party. Do yourself a favor and just go to an actual FedEx location. You'll save time.
