I used to DREAD doing my taxes. It was so bad that I even avoided filing for a couple of years and missed out on my refunds. Melissa got me caught up, got everything straightened out, and I have been on-time every year since I met her. She is a very friendly and positive person. Crazy to say, I look forward to doing my taxes now.

Been coming to Estrada for years. Always does her best to get you the best return. This year with new presidents weird tax law I was looking at paying tax. But she was able to help me realize that I was missing entries that could help me with my taxes. Ended up getting a better result. A+++

Very poor customer service. You make an appointment but they are always behind schedule. I been going for 3 years and its the same thing. There appointment system doesn't work. Its better for them to do walk-in. It just shows poor interest in customer.

Absolutely recommend Estrada's Income Tax Service. I've been going to Melinda since the 90s because I trust her and the team is professional and stay current on any changes related to taxes etc.

The lady that worked in Washington D.C., who prepared my taxes, submitted W-2 for 2013, with my 2014 taxes. Therefore, causing for 2nd time filing, of, amended, taxes. I loss a couple hundred dollars. I was recommended to her. I will return to my originsl tax preparer.
