We were on the way to LA! That was until we heard our car making really loud noises only to notice that we were missing a tire:(... called up like three places and got declined each time that was until el rancho tire shop... they are a LIFE SAVER... same day service (thank god!!!) and they were so nice to us over the phone:). Employees were absolutely nice, very easy to get along with, and funny!! This tire shop absolutely saved us today, THANK YOU!

As far as expertise goes, this has been my shop for a few years. I go nowhere else.Also…Nostalgia is heavy here. Its almost a a VW museum and i cant ever get enough.

Quick, same day service! Got my wheel bearings changed here. They found the issue within minutes and even showed me how to check the bearings myself for future reference. Vony is the man definitely coming back

My vw bettle was leaking gas, found this shop on Yelp and we're so lucky! Great service, attended us late in the evening, could have easily turned us away and asked us to come back another day. Asked what the issue was and he went straight to the source and made the replacements. We even received an impromptu driving lesson when I was suggesting we may need a new shift box. Overall, great mechanic, great service and awesome experience. We will definitely be going back.

Didn't take any pictures sorry. This place had good reviews so I stopped on by. Yes, I get it the work may take some time and trust me I'm grateful. Just wasn't prepared for a patch to cost me $20. My local spot usually charges maybe $7-8 and at most $10 depending on the situation (area punctured), but $20. Yikes! I guess if you are in a pickle why now. What I do give 5 stars is for the kindness. They were very polite men.

Always the go to place. He tells you like the way it is. He won't waste your time. If he can do it for he will. Been coming here for years.. works great on old cars.. especially VW. Hahah ha

The service is good but they charge too much. I thought that if I came to a mom and pop shop I would get charge less but sometimes thats not the case. I came in for a synthetic oil change for my truck and I was told it was $70 but then when it came to paying the guy whom I don't know his name but he has his jeans rolled up, he charged me $130. Thats too much. Im not coming here at all. Be aware. You wont pay what they say.

Best VW mechanics in all of LA. Visiting their shop is like going to a VW museum - I call the white Thing!!! Love Bony & Juan - excellent & trust-worthy everything you want in a mechanic. He will fix what is needed, give an up date on what is coming down the pipeline - which is super helpful. Worth the trip if you are not nearby.

bonny is the best ? very friendly, very knowledgeable and great prices ? he has been my husbands go to guy for over 10 years and even my father in laws go to mechanic for over 20 years ! He will advise you on the best choices to make for your vehicle .
