Dr. Luis Hernández is a good Dr. he listen to what I had say about my condition, once he explained to me in detail I took action asap. I was told by the Drs. at the Hospital that if I had gotten a bit later I could have lost a limb but I didn’t thanks to Dr. Luis Hernandez.

The experience I had here was awful. Bertha has a terrible attitude. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a way. It's happened multiple times. She's very rude and unprofessional. The other nurses are slightly less rude than she is, still a little moody I do not feel welcomed... Please have them realize that just because they're MA or nurses that the world doesn't revolve around them, they're helping us patients.

This is a worst place to come they make you wait for a couple hours and they forget to send the paperwork to do blood work. Not a organized office

Beware of this dr Luis Hernandez! He is the worse dr! My family member passed away because of him! He does not care about his patients. All he does is prescribe medication without even looking into any specialist or lab work. He needs to have his dr license taken away! Do not make the mistake of becoming his patient and if u are a patient look for a real dr who cares about his patients.I would give him 0 stars but I had to use one star to post this. Ridiculous!

They never answer the telephone and don’t call back in 30 min like the answering machine says. They take a very long time to fax or electronically send patients information to blood clinics. I call in the morning as soon as they open to make sure my grandparents info is sent to quest and at 2:30 I’m at quest and no info has been sent. It’s happened multiple times.

This has to be by far the WORST clinic EVER ! don't ever come here. They are extremely rude and the service sucks. You'll experience a long wait like 2 hours!!! So save yourself time and go somewhere else!!

First off, I waited 2 hours for my scheduled appointment.
I went to Dr. Hernandez for a wart on my foot and some normal check up tests. He came in and asked me about myself, I told him I just moved here, that I have been pretty depressed having a hard time finding friends. He then starting trying to get me to go to a church, being rather pushy. He told me that he imagines a pretty young lady like me attracts the "wrong type of person." I told him I don't go to church after he went on and on for a while. He then asked me, a little shocked, if my parents raised me in christianity, I said yes but I am not religious anymore. He told me I need to go back to my roots. This is COMPLETELY inappropriate for a health physician to do. After that, he focused a lot on something I had told the nurses which was not my main concern.
After that, he went on a rant about how evolution isnt real, that scientists are discrediting it saying that we were "intelligently designed" by aliens (he obviously does not understand this theory of intelligent design). So he does not believe in science, I guess. He also ranted about ObamaCare.
Then he disappeared randomly. He didn't even look at my stubborn, painful wart.
They also only take cash or check which is a little inconvenient.
