Don's Body Shop is the best! The customer service was top-notch, my vehicle was repaired like-new and the job was completed on time. I was so impressed with the whole experience that as soon as I picked up my vehicle, we brought my wife's vehicle in for repair as well and were beyond satisfied. Joey and his team are truly professional. I highly recommend them.

Don’s Body Shop is by far the best service, highest quality, and best price Body Shop I have ever used. The service is impeccable and they offer a slight discount if you don’t use a credit card. Everything I’ve ever had done by Don’s Body Shop has been excellent. I are used to use a body shop. That’s very popular in Whittier, but Don’s is superior and much much faster.

My car has had quite a year with a sideswipe while parked and an accident a few months later. I took my car to Don's for the first time after the first incident and I was so impressed that I didn't think twice about going back when I needed work done again. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, Joey was very knowledgeable, kind and honest about the whole process and made me feel at ease leaving my car there. Both times his work was impeccable and I'm very glad I have someone I can trust to get my car looking like new again.

I had great, friendly service at Dons. They reviewed the bumper damage and explained what needed to be done and where potential issues could reside once they delved into it. Joey gave me a completion estimate just over a week. For the next few days, I was given a status on a regular basis and then, I received a call and feared the worse...what other issues did they find? But no issues, they finished the repair 3 days early! New bumper looks great, and the hatch lock is working smoothly. When I went to it pick-up, I got another pleasant surprise...the car was cleaner than I've ever seen! And not just a drive through the car wash...the inside was immaculate, too. What makes this impressive is that this is my old, worn out 2012 Prius. They treat all their customers equally. Seriously great job!

I had a great experience with Joey and his team at Don's -- my car looks brand new! A lady backed into my car at a stop sign and caused a fair amount of damage. Joey kept me posted on things and they did a great job -- and the quality of the repair was on point. I hope I don't have to see you guys for a while, but if I do, it's good to know you're there!

This is the 2nd car we bring here. My Lexus had a big scrape/dent and several small ones. They did an excellent job and left my car looking beautiful! They even detailed it. They were busy but gave us an appointment for 2 weeks. We took it on a Monday and he said it would be ready by Thursday. I really didn't think it would be but it was. I really appreciate that we were given an appointment instead of them opting to keep the car the whole time. I am 100% happy with their work and service. I will continue to support this family owned business.

BEST BODYSHOP I HAVE EVER GONE TO! Recommend coming here if you need any body work on your vehicle. They did a much better job than any shop I've been to. Amazing customer service, attentive and get straight to work with going above and beyond. They waste no time. I felt the care from the staff. I have been coming to Don's Body Shop since I got my first car about a decade ago. Recently I needed to get my passenger side door replaced and they did such a great job that I felt compelled to finally write a review.What stood out to me the most about the repair was the thoroughness they displayed. Not only did they replace the door flawlessly, but they went the extra mile by cleaning out the entire interior of my car. It felt like I was getting back a brand new car, both inside and out. And the fact that their prices were affordable was the cherry on top.All in all, I can confidently say that Don's Auto Body is a gem. If you're looking for top-notch service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, this is the place to go. I visited Don’s Body Shop today for the 1st time based on positive reviews. My husband and I were walking towards the entrance and we are ask by a guy. Can I help you? We answer yes we want an estimate! His answer was we are closed. Then he ask What insurance you have…I responded my insurance company and still he didn’t help. He just responded we go based on the estimate sheet you have. you need to decide what shop you want it fix. He had no interest at all.While I was looking for another shop he returns with the other 2 people he was talking to. I told my husband I thought he was closed. Check the closing time online said 5:30pmI was there at 3:30pm. So you ask customers what insurance they have to check if it’s convenient for you to make business? Todays visit 9/2/23
