“Can get busy at times so waiting in line is a huge problem especially if there aren’t enough cashiers helping out the customers on registers (perhaps less gossips) and more likely less on whats not supposed to. Other than that, its more likely my favorite store!!”

“I'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going here”

Sometimes I be walking around different rows like a rat in a maze trying to find my size because they have various rows with two or more sizes on them. Please keep it Simple for us Customers to do our shopping and have a Pleasant experience. THANK U?”
“This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. I happened to find one similar but not the same on clearance. It was the only one and not sure why it's on clearance so I got it for 7$.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service from the cashiers to the manager. I definitely recommend coming here everyone is super friendly and helpful. They should definitely give the manager a raise she goes above and beyond for the customers I belive her name is TINA. Big lots always has great deals and amazing workers . Highly recommend coming to the montebello location.”
