This place was very kind, clean, and patient. The credit process was fast and easy. Both times we got Nery to assist us. She is excellent at her job and customer service. I walked out a happy young lady for my birthday gift. Even when I broke my new necklace, I came back and filled out the paper for repair. It will be ready in a week. Quick, painless, and my husband was approved for credit, no money down in this particular case. 2 New necklaces and earrings. Another satisfied customer.

The staff are nice, however, I bought my wedding rings here and had them engraved, it was supposed to take a couple of days but turned out into a full week only after constantly calling them if they were ready. Once they were ready we got them and i was happy to have them; however once outside i noticed that the rings had not even been cleaned. They still had the residue that the price tag leaves. I am very disappointed, my first time here and I cannot believe they do not even polish them to leave them clean and shiny. The lighting at the store is very tricky that you don’t notice the flaws on the rings. I will be returning to Don Roberto Jewelers for my next purchase.

Daniel's Jewelers offered a ring that I could not find at other locations. Yes, there is a jewelry store across the way and on the top floor. This store had what I searched for.Raquel, the store associate, assisted my wife and I find what we were looking for. She explained different jewelry. Showed us many pieces of jewelry without hesitation. Raquel was very patient. That made this whole process easy.We had to get the ring widened and decided to get an engraving. We got our ring a week later which was decent considering it was Thanksgiving week.Thank you and God bless you.

Came here looking for a gift for my mom, everyone was helpful. I was a little undecided but I ended up finding the perfect gift. I wasn't pushed to go out of my budget and I still bought something for my daughter. She loved her ring and she can't wait to wear it. Waiting for it to get resized. My boyfriend bought me a promise ring from here and they readjusted the size with no issue or hassle! Lucy is the best, she was very helpful and professional! We even ended up getting him a promise ring for such a great price she hooked us up! Definitely coming here for our jewelry needs

if I could rate this negative I would , the bald head guy was extremely unprofessional he literally got upset because we didn't bought nothing with them at this location he saw us going to the competitors that are in front of them and called the security to follow us around because we were being susp what a joke this guy is , we were being followed everywhere in the mall because of him . We ended up going to ohcani jewelry they hooked us up

I was in this shopping mall and decided to stop at Daniel's to purchase a pendant for my girlfriend. The manager by the name of Evelyn (the older lady) was extremely unprofessional. While I'm trying to get her to help me since the other employee is already helping someone she's on her cell phone laughing and texting. Ignoring me the whole time. I just couldn't believe how these kind of people get hired for management. Please Daniel's retrain this lady, I been shopping with this company for a while and this is the first time I encounter this mediocre service. Took my business to Zales.

The manager on Duty was very kind but this place just comes off as shady. Please go to kay Jewelers upstairs or even better my favorite place Kevin’s Jeweler. I made the mistake of trying to spend less and cheap out on myself HUGE MISTAKE COMING HERE. When I bought a pair of SS Diamond earrings I wore them for about a month and the backs of them wouldn’t stay on meaning I couldn’t wear the earrings without paranoia I would lose them and to make it worst and top it off one of the earrings started getting dark and looked a total different color. When I showed up to store I was told my skin had a chemical that rejected the diamond and made it change color (as if I don’t already don’t own diamonds) This has never happened to me? I was offered to same earrings but new. Then I was offered to exchange for anything else that would be an even exchange as in regards to price. I decided to look around and just felt played. No refunds only exchange. I found nothing for myself for a decent price because I was not going to over spend on something I new wasn’t good (based on the experience I just had) I ended up not buying myself anything because there was nothing I would love and bought my unborn daughter her first pair of earrings instead since I know she will grow out of them eventually but knowing their quality sucks just makes it feel like a waste of money. Uhh….I went across the hallway to Kevin Jewelers and invested more money into Jewelry I knew was worth it. Much more professional team and quality is guaranteed.Edit: I see Daniel’s Jewelers replied to my review and as I have mentioned above which they clearly missed and didn’t read…I DID MENTION I GOT AN EXCHANGE AND GOT MY UNBORN DAUGHTER SOME EARINGS because I had no choice since it had to be an equal or greater exchange. I went to Kevin’s Jewelry right after walking out of here and had the best experience :) I’ll post pictures for comparison. Of course I spent close to 5 grand there though because they don’t sell shady things and of course is just higher price higher quality better service. I made a horrible mistake trying to cheap out on myself. Just my experience.

My teen step daughter wanted a second piercing . We were greeted by a friendly guy and he introduced us to Nereida. She was nice and explained the process and showed us all our options. Once decided she helped put my stepdaughter at ease and before you know it she was all done! Great experience, thanks so much Nereida!!!

My sales associate was such a blessing! This store has been so helpful since I came here with an issue I had last year. DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR JEWELRY FOR REPAIR HERE! I dropped off two rings and a bracelet to get a quote. They initially gave me a preliminary quote in the store then I received a call and the final price was about 3 times more than what I was told initially so I decided not to go through with repairs right now. When I picked up my jewelry it was more damaged than when I had dropped it off! A stone had fallen off from the bracelet while it was in their possession. I called to let them know and they only offered excuses and no resolution. So now I have to add to the repairs. Terrible service and terrible prices! Find somewhere else to buy and repair jewelry.
