First time coming to this location for the pharmacy. Backstory: My original CVS didn't have the medicine to fill a prescription that was supposed to be ready two days prior. They didn't notify me so when I went to check on it at my other CVS, they said they've been out and unsure when they would get more. The worker suggested that I go to a nearby CVS that should have the medication in stock. So I took my chances at this CVS off Via Campo. The Pharmacist helped me out quickly, and there was no wait. She was able to transfer my prescription and fill it on the spot. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait and they would announce when it's ready to be picked up. It only took about 5 minutes for them to fill the prescription. I was in and out of there so quick. I'm glad that CVS offers the option to transfer prescriptions over to other locations when they're out and I was happy with my experience at this location.

Good place to go and get what you need your meds vitamins other good ting that you really need I recommend it too every body good store specials are good too

I made an appointment for my Covid booster 2 weeks ago and when I went today, they were out of the vaccine! They did not call or text or otherwise notify me. Terrible customer service! Luckily I was able to walk in at Rite Aid.

CVS is pretty much the same everywhere. When you buy something, a long receipt filled with coupons pop up. The percentage off is the most useful and great, which I have always used. Otherwise, some things are expensive.

Everything I go there for a uber order or personal pick up at night. They always close early before there schedule. I arrive at 10 :30 pm last night and they were already closed lights off. And the schendule says they close at 11. Bad manager customer service.

Very rude customer service I hear that from so many customers and nothing has been done and so many people looking for work.I ask for some help got no one I ask trice .I have seen your reviews so many complaints and yet I come into the store and still bad customer service now going to rite aid much better service

I use to dread coming here. Now I see the lines going fast, staff is super accommodating. Now i don't mind. NOT AT ALL. VERY HAPPY HERE.

Made an appointment for this location to get flu- shot at 2:15 and also buy some things. Got some of my items but not everything I wanted they were out of stock. Walked towards Pharmacy and were close. I asked an associate I had an appointment at 2:15 and told me there at lunch & just walked away. So rude!! I use to work in retail and customer service. Need to better trained associates how to be better customer service.

This is a shoutout to the Sales Associate Ryan at the cash register today Friday at about 1 pm. Went there to use my 40 percent discount. Ryan explained to me how it worked, because I was worried it would take 40 percent off the cheapest item instead of the expensive one. Happily, he explained I didn't have to make separate transactions, and that the discount would be taken off the costlier item if that item wasn't on sale. So he checked it, to give me an option just in case the three items were on sale...they weren't. Thanks Ryan for the terrific customer service at the register...you represented CVS and made me feel like a valued customer. Way to go!!!
