Went in with an appointment and after 2hrs waiting my vehicle was still parked outside. Was told it would take another hour or so. FOR ONE TIRE REPLACEMENT.

Good helpers, but expensive prices, higher than any competitor in LA area.

Worst service ever. 5 hours to fix a leak on a tire. I'm never buying tires from Costco again. It's better to go pay somewhere else.

Had a dashboard light warning for tire pressure device. Pulled up. Chatted with them. Informed me of the reasons why it flashed and that it wasn't a tire pressure issue. Checked tire pressure and sent me off on my merry way.

Slow service. Disgruntled employees. Sloppy management. Overall poor customer service. This tire center does not represent Costco.

we replaced our tire here at Costco . we got a nail on it and need it patch so we are here at 1 12 pm a simple tire patch . now it is 5 15 pm the car is still not being worked on. the management needs to prioritize to keep customers happy. if it is patch than it shouldn't be longer than 1 hr job vs customers who need tire replacement brakes and others most time consuming repairs

Our family has been a huge fan of Costco and we've always get our brand new tires from Costco. However, this Costco Tire Center in Monterey Park is a hit or miss. First of, on a Sunday I went to go get all 4 new Michelins for my car. I literally waited approximately 35 minutes just to speak with a representative. Finally we settled for all 4 new tires and needed to wait because it's a special order. Representative told me to do early walk-ins as their appointments were fully booked within a couple weeks. Luckily, I got a call back and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week as the special order.Once my tires were installed, I notice the steering wheel and pedals start shaking on the highway. Luckily I was going to Costco anyways for the torque check. Did a walk-in for a re-balance that took 2 and a half hours.Ultimately, the employees at Costco Tire Center are pretty cool. Adrian was very helpful and passionate with his customers. It's just the lackluster service of having to be re-balanced, long wait-times, and this MP location are always booked with appointments. The tires I got were nearly $900 and it's kind of way too expensive but oh well kinda too late. They also don't carry Group 35 AGM batteries and I had to go to Huntington Beach to pick one up. Overall, after this tire purchase I'm contemplating if it's worth it or not because, I usually drive to Alhambra Costco for flat repairs since they have same week appointment availabilities despite being a bit farther. Pros: Employees were friendlyCons: Slow Service, fully booked appointments, pricer than competitors even with the same brand/model of tire.

Where do I begin? I took my car here to get 4 new tires and when it was time for me to pick up my car......my tire pressure wasn't working. I went there 3 times to try to get it fixed. All the guys were pretty friendly and helpful. The 3rd mechanic I went to.....he literally told me that the Manager said that they busted my sensor while trying to changed my tires. The 4th time I finally went to the Manager Mike. He kept telling me that it's only natural that if it's not a new car that the sensor would be out during changing of a tire. Mind you, my car is year 2018. It doesn't make sense at all and I said when I used to bring it to my mechanic to changed my tires......nothing ever happened to my tire pressure. Costco actually does tire pressure too, so they should take responsibility for busting up my sensor instead of lieing about it and not owning up to their mistake.Anyways I wont say the name of the mechanic who told me that they busted my sensor while fixing it. I don't want him to get in trouble or worse yet....get fired.Btw my Mom also brought her luxury car here 3 days before me to changed 4 new tires. I'm dissapointed that they don't care how they treat customer and they're not taking responsibility. In short LOL please bring your car elsewhere, even if it's more expensive because at the end it will be worth if and they won't ruin your car.

The air tire next to the tire shop should have a scan membership to use the air compreser at any moment by scanning your card. This will help not wait at 10am to use it. Or just maybe just maybe when the gasoline station is in operation hours 4:30am to 8:30pm

I made an appt at 12:30pm so I got there at 12:15pm (because they ask that you come in 15 minutes early) and got my car back at 2:30pm. My rims are curb scraped but I can tell they added a bunch of more scrapes on the inner edge but no big deal. I figured they'd add some scrapes due to low profile tires but they still should be more professional about it and not change the condition of your wheels from what they already are. They don't fill the tires to manufacturers specs so they think your tire pressure sensors are bad but they just didn't fill to the correct psi so they'll try to upsell you with bs excuses. They open things that shouldn't have to be opened to get tires done. Costco tire techs

went to get new tires. they chipped my wheel. I sent pictures and video to corporate and initially was told they would reimburse me for the repair then later on said that because they couldn't perfectly see 1 wheel and that they made a hand written note that there was a paint chip that it wasn't their responsibility. I showed pictures and video proof of the car but they decided that they're not responsible on the technicality that they can't see one of the wheels because they don't put the wheels back where it was originally from. person i talked to initially claimed that i could be an "act of god," or a malicious damage by a stranger or a curb rash (because somehow a curb rash can cause a single chip and not a line of damage). I trusted them with my car and I came back with damage and they decided not to take responsibility and say they don't know how it happened and that there's no way they can damage it, pictures and video be damned. I'm definitely not getting tires here ever again and I won't trust the people here to do the job. I'm extremely disappointed in both the tire shop and corporate for not taking responsibility but instead claiming technicality to get away with it.
