Good products but some cashiers are extremely rude. I understand Costco is fast paced but some female cashiers are very rude. I'm not gonna say names but as someone who works in customer service I would have a meeting with management. There's a way to say things and some simply don't have that talent.

I normally don't write complaint the service however this is a review today on 04/11/2024 for cashier OP#3 Rachel C. Around 11-11:30, I were checking out and I had all of my items were arranged inside the cart with labels up so she could scan. I saw the lady before me also had her items in the cart as well but Mrs Rachel didn't take everything outside. Untill my turn, Mrs. Rachel started asking me why i didn't take everything out and then she took everything out from my cart. Mrs Rachel continued say that she worked there more than 30 years and people should remove everything and put in the counter. Yet she did not finish checking me out and she started take everything out from the customer's cart behind me . At Costco is busy every time but she had time to do that especially at peak hours. I was surprised . I looked around and she was the odd. I know that other staffs work hard front and back, but even they are busy yet they are usually nice not like this. I guess it's time for her to prepare for retirement. RUDE and BAD customer service.

I go to different Costcos and by far, this is the most poorly managed Costco with rude employees and rotten produce. Most of the fruit had mold in it, sick! They didn't have any basic Costco items in stock, like water! Like others mentioned, the design is poor - getting in and out is chaotic. Don't recommend coming to this location, but if there's anyone you don't like you should definitely send them here!

Tay and Rudy Lane 3, thank you for making our evening! Even with a big line, an evening during rush hour customers, you two standing on your feet for who knows how many hours, you two made a quick and personal connection as you checked us out. It was the perfect way to interact with the customers. Ya'll were playful and smiling while still being quick with our purchase. It was the perfect customer service. I'm gonna look for their lane every time. His fashion was also just giving! To begin, I don't think I have ever experienced a Costco that isn't packed unless you are there right at opening time and even then, you have people lined up because everyone knows the morning rush is way better than all other hours. So I don't understand why people complain. In addition, you are expected to drop a few bills. It's not like your shopping there weekly. You get your neccessities and produce at a great value. They have great seasonal items which at times require restraint from purchasing if your like me. I love that they added an additional pump at each lane at the gas station and changed their entrance making it easier. Their food court has the easy to order option and even with a long line, it goes by fast. Yes, pizza is greasy. I have yet to discover cheese that isn't oily on my slice. Overall it's Costco. You are a member. What other place do you know is going to sell you a hotdog and a soda for $1.50 still.

RIDICULOUS... this place is a zoo. On the floor 0 waters but up on the 2nd shelf, of the cookie aisle STOCKED with Arrowhead! Some staff member gave me some BS story about the water being pre sold. The food court is a joke. ALL opened Windows should have a line, leading into it!

What, how is it that I have not done a review on this Costco?I come here so often, sometimes it feels daily...Helps that it is next to Home Depot, which I feel I also come here daily.Quality/Quantity - Mainly come here for gas.Usually easy in and out, but one time it took an hour to get out due to the closure of the back entrance! Which caused a HUGE bottleneck at the exit.Where is the local beer...? I have to support the locals!Atmosphere - Consistent. Outdoor food court.Open 7 days a week, see picture.Plenty of parking, especially since I park between Costco and Home Depot.Service - Good .Price - $4.85 a gallon; the car that I leave in LA takes premium...Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1993.Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 804 warehouses worldwide, and 558 in the US.1980 IPO.1993 Price Club and Costco merger.1997 Rebranded all locations to Costco.2020 105.5 million members.

I love Costco for many reasons but mostly for the gas lol I have come across some really polite and friendly people there so 5 Stars to them! Today we went into the store to buy a few things for my grandparents. While being in line my grandpa had to use the restroom to which I didn't stop to think about his membership card. The whole time my grandma had a card on her hand so I didn't question anything because I thought it was the membership card. The cashier name Jen F. (4/7/23 @ 11:29) asked her for the membership so my grandma shows her the card but it was her Costco credit card. She tells my grandma this store is for members only so I said excuse me what did you say? I clarified she was a member but my grandpa was in the restroom with the Card so I told her here use my card to which she was sort of hesitant to scan but she did. There was another lady helping with the cart and she was very polite and explained in a more respectful way what to do next time etc.. I said i understand we just have never had any issues at the Costco we normally go too they actually never say anything. Once it's time to pay my grandma wants to use her Costco credit card the cashier says you can't use that card because it's not yours I said she always uses that card, she tried saying something else but I ignored her so I said ok ok then we are using this card! She didn't even check to see if it was mine or not. It could have been my sisters for all we know, she will never know lol My thoughts on todays experience DO NOT talk to older people the way you did especially if they are being rude! I could have matched your energy and you would have not liked it, but fool yourself because there might be someone else you come across that won't let it slide. Staff needs to be understanding and explain things in a polite manner, if you can't handle that task then find another job. The End!

Wow! This Costco is super crowded. We got lucky as a car was leaving the parking space while we were entering the lot, so we were able to secure a parking space. It may be difficult to find parking here. It's a standard Costco, and we were only here for convenience. We probably won't be back if it's always this crowded, though.

The best times to shop is right before closing time. My wife & I usually go an hour ahead of closing time. They provide a wide array of everything you can imagine you need. We strategically divide & conquer. Plus this branch has a gas station. Currently, if you purchase an item & goes on sale the following ad week; you can bring your receipt & receive the price difference. Generally, I've received great service even thru their optometry dep't. Prices vary depending on the designer frame & script lens'. Let's face it; they carry just about everything even automotive tires & service. If you remember the original location it's a great improvement. Parking is better & the array of eateries in the location is also a great asset. My family love it for its convenience & proximity. Try it & I'm sure you'll like it. Happy shopping!

Worst... Costco.... ever! Full stop. From the 60 Freeway, the whole shopping area looks new and seemingly well chosen shops, restaurants, and this Costco, all closely grouped. Or sandwiched between old landfills, a petroleum plant, and an electrical grid. Sounds like a recipe for cancer in the local population, right? Or, maybe that is what causes the poor behavior of the other patrons in this location? The whole location proved to be a giant cluster f**** especially on a Sunday afternoon. One road in, one out? What D student came up with this architectural model? The lines (plural) are slow and crawling. If you're in the right lane, you're stuck until well into the center on account of the Costco gas station. I couldn't get into the left lane that would allow cutting through the parking lot because everyone was rude and selfish. That behavior amplified once we finally found parking and went in.Inside, it's fairly formulaic for Costco. You almost can't mess up if you're familiar with a local store. We split in the meat and seafood area. I was targeting salmon and chicken. She aimed for the ribeyes and chuck roasts. My impression was that people were pushy and prone to poor and stupid decision-making as it regarded navigating shopping carts. She encountered a kleptomaniac-stalker-lady who grabbed the ribeye package she'd chosen and set down next to her. The lady blatantly tried to pinch it, then saw the price (Prime grade $$$) and let go. The lady even joked about it being more than she could swing, but it didn't stop there. This lady kept shadowing my gf as she sifted through the chuck roasts. Anyhow, we managed to find almost everything we needed but it wasn't the best experience and it's all but assured we'll never return. The parking lot was starting to clear out, like the meat selection inside, towards the end of the hours of operation. At least we came prepared with an ice chest and cold packs.

Most of the cashiers are so rude they don't even say hello. They just scan your card as they're talking amongst each other. They just scanned your items throw it in the basket they don't even tell you the total price. You have to look at total yourself and handover your payment then they just give you a receipt. These 2 cashiers Kev and Jaime were talking about getting high , not even a thank you after paid . They don't even look you in the eye ... this generation of workers have zero etiquette, manners , etc . You would think after spending over $300 they can say thank you . The workers at fast food (Taco Bell, Jack n box ) drive thru actually have better manners than the Costco employees .

So I brought my mom to Costco and and while we were walking her blood pressure dropped. She's 70 and she felt faint. She was dizzy and the gentleman at the register offered to get her a chair. A tall nice man Joseph help sit her down. My mom was pale and although I offered to take her straight to the hospital she said she didn't think she could walk. I called the ambulance and the Costco staff brought her water. They were so patient with her and continued to ask if we're were ok. I didn't know they address for the ambulance and Joseph gave that to me and waited with us. We were able to carefully move my mom by the wall while a female staff waited with us while the medics showed up. My mom was tearful and nervous but the Costco staff really showed her care and kept telling us everything would be ok. The medics finally arrived and checked my mom and loaded her off. I'm so grateful the two staff members were there with me through it all and offering options for coming back for my paid cart or options for my parked vehicle outside. The staff at a Costco showed compassion while the store was busy. I can't wait to go back to thank them for offering their care during this scary moment for us. My mom by the way is feeling better and is getting the treatment she needs.
